      Overall I do like this gym because of its close proximity to me, but since my work schedule has changed, I have needed to go in the morning at 5 am. Now twice in two weeks, I have arrived at the gym in the morning when it is supposed to open at 5 am to it not being open. How can this business practice continue? The new management is terrible here and not holding their employees accountable for not coming to work.

      Unsanitary Conditions. *** has not had cleaning supplies for members in 3 weeks. Manager refuses to address issues.

      The ******************* location is horrendous. Staff uneducated/untrained on sales and offers. I visit ************* every summer to purchase a gym pass with Youfit. Inquiry on best pass for my 1 month stay was given inaccurate information. Staff member ***** stated the only option without yearly membership fee would be the weekly pass at $35+taxes which I purchased. Couple days later speak to staff Autumn who stated ***** was there is a monthly membership of $58 with no fee. I explained the omission of this option by ***** to Autumn who stated sorry can't help. Ask for management spoke with GM ****** the following morning. She was dismissive and insensitive. Basically I can't help you, not my problem. Sorry we don't give refunds. Explained not asking for a refund just an adjustment in pass as I was not provided this option. She acknowledged the error from her staff, however refused to offer any comparable solutions. Spoke with assistant manager ***** who was empathetic and understanding , however couldn't assist as the ** ****** out ranked him and her decision was final. I was then told by ***** my pass is not inclusive of classes "he thinks". So I spoke with 4 individuals with 4 different responses on offers with no positive resolution. This location is basically a ************* system. Unprofessional GM that was more concerned with hiding in her office and going home for the day then problem solving and taking accountability for inaccuracies.

      You Fitness/ ABC Fitness Solutions USE PREDATORY BILLING PRACTICES I could not visit any YouFit facilities months due to knee injury and work out of State relocation. However, they didn't allow me to cancel my men have a membership even though I emailed them proof of new residence and dosct's notes. YouFit outsources memberships management with ABCFitness. They denied my cancelation requests for months. At the end, I ended up paying almost $30 monthly for 8 months, without evenbeeninFlorida

      they told me it was $10 to sign up then when I went in it ended up paying $38 for the memebers i paid the $38 fee in cash. They told me they were gonna put a debit card on file but don't worry they're not gonna charge my debit card i paid tnem in cash couple days later they charge my debit card for a double payment now it's a living h*** to get my money back from this company, they're transferring me to call agents in the ***********. that don't know what's going on im in person at the gym with managers and employees who dont know whats going on and it's just a nightmare to get my money back. i'm out of pocket $80 dollars right now for a $10 month membership and that hasn't even included my annual fee. My annual fee is in 45 days from now. im so tired of gas lighting companies that use trickery on the advertisement and its not true the economy is already messed up as is people dont need companies to rip them off the owner of this company is so pathetic stealing money from ********** indivaul s his contract agreement is a scam a complete lie to steal money from people the contract agreement is pure theft and fraud a lie

      I have been trying to cancel for over a year now. They wont let me. I have proof I have cancelled and moved out of state as of last April. And I'm still getting charged every year. There is a law against this. This company needs to be put out of business.

      Wish I could leave a 0 star review. Attempted to cancel membership due to a significant life change (applying for and starting school, putting a strain on my financial situation). Extreme lack of customer service. They refused to cancel. Now, YouFit has a lawyer coming after me. This company traps and exploits you. DO NOT SIGN UP!

      Horrible it's criminal the hoops you have to go through to cancel your membership. They never answer the phone or email you back which apparently is the only way you can cancel your membership. If I have to sue trust me, I will.

      Nice gym! **** area! Bad experience with front desk new ***! Me and my wife recently both got memberships to YF 2 miles from my house and we love it,its great long story short we had a hiccup through billing **** on are online purchases of two memberships on the promo 1$ Nov December free so I did that deal for me and my wife recently both, put my account and routing # because I dont want to pay the $2.33 service charge on my debit card ,I need to use it to pay the first initial payment for the special one time only! So I recently had my debit card fraudulent charges and the card was cancelled, but the money in the account was plenty, so we went to the gym and the *** said that you need to pay your yearly due if you want to work out today along with you due payments and late charges no problem I got it all worked out through *** ,Abc told me that my yearly charges werent due until the 13th, So why did this ** member make my wife pay on the 5th to be able to work out??? Something is not right here, so I tell my wife call up there and talk with management and explain what abc told us and get the funds back for the early charges,It was the same person that we saw on Sunday that was loud and rude on the phone when she called, she called me back very upset how rudely she was treated and how he was raising his voice again no reason for this behavior, mame you have a 0 ballence what do you want me to do , I cant do anything, and there was plenty more said hopefully it was recorded so you can hear it, my wife is ******** **** p
