  My name is *********************. AMS is definitely a diamond in the rough! In this age of almost non-existent customer **********************, they are a refreshing example of what was once taken for granted. They helped us recover over half the funds that we spent over two years ago on a company that was to get us out of a timeshare, that due our personal situation, we no longer are able to utilize. The company wasted almost two years of back-and-forth correspondence, phone calls with much of that time attempting to reach anyone that could provide answers. It was an extremely difficult time. It was later discovered that their company was a total scam! Because of time that had elapsed, I didnt think that credit card fraud would be considered a viable alternative. Our Financial institution first confirmed our thoughts and told us it was too late, and they could not accept a fraudulent case. They were adamant that their policy did not allow claims to be accepted that fall back, because it fell outside their company parameters. But AMSs representative ********************* was persistent! She would that not take no for an answer and after several conference calls and an appeal process, we were fully reimbursed. Furthermore, AMS's success took no more than weeks, not years. Besides ***** exceptional professionalism, she was an absolute joy to work with! Thank you, AMS!

  Hiring AMS really worked for me! I was stuck with a timeshare from Spinnaker. The timeshare product that was sold to me ended up being a complete lie, but I found out too late. I was nervous to employ the services of AMS, because I was hesitant to spend even more money on the timeshare product but I made the leap anyway. Im so glad I did! **** with AMS was easy to work with. I never felt pressured by him. The attorney group they set me up with was kind and helpful. Most importantly they got us out of our timeshare! Were free! I am so forever grateful to AMS for their help in getting us out of the scam of the timeshare! It really worked!

  I worked with ********************* at AMS *********** to recover funds after ************** failed in the process of timeshare cancellation in 2019 , they are now under investigation for fraud. *** contacted me and informed me of this fraudulent case and to assist in the recovery, **** was my point of contact and guided me through getting funds back. She did a great job working on my behalf with my credit card company on this portion. I recommend their services.

  I had the good fortune to work with ********************* from AMS to recover $2,500 from my Chase credit card account when ***************, whom I had paid for timeshare termination services, went out of business. **** pointed out that I was defrauded when *************** charged my account with fraudulent intent. For months, she stuck with me in claiming fraud and recouping the funds. **** was always a cheerful and encouraging communicator. She also kept meticulous track of the documentation I shared with her, including access numbers and names of personnel we had spoken to at Chase and other pertinent information. Over the months that we worked together to get ***** to follow through in processing the fraud claim, there was a point where we needed clarity on the reimbursement of funds. **** was respectful of the time needed and worked diligently with me to get everything cleared up. Knowing what I know now, I believe everyone has the right to protect themselves from businesses with fraudulent and malicious intent. Savvy people can figure it out, but people like me need people like AMS Corp.

For nearly a year, she stuck with me in claiming the fraud and recouping the funds. Not only was **** a cheerful, encouraging comminicator, she also kept track of the documentation that I shared with her, access numbers and names of personnel that wed spoke at the **************** at Chase and other pertinent information. Over the months that we worked together pressuring ***** to follow through in processing the fraud claim, **************** was respectful of my time, efficient in dispensing critical information and assertive in speaking on my behalf.

I don't remember how I was introduce to them, but it was the best thing that happen to me to get out of my timeshare. The person I first spoke with was *************************************. He was the person that started the ball rolling and was with me till the end.
