I have the say that the everyone at the dealership was courteous and kind to my husband and myself. Our issue is due to the fact that we have a 2019 Nissan Murano that frankly should be on the recall list. After less than a year of having the vehicle, the front headlight started to flicker. We thought maybe it was a loose bulb but soon afterwards the headlight went out. Condensation started to form on the left headlight and not the right. The headlight then would have intermittent bouts of being on and then going off. We took the vehicle for its scheduled oil change and ask the mechanic to look at it. We explained what was going on and of course to do anything extra, it was going to cost over $100.00 just to check the problem. Being parents of a small disabled child, extra money is not always available. The person, I spoke to did however give a guesstimate of what was happening and how much it would cost to fix. Of course, the amount was passed $2400 to fix. After closing my mouth to those fact, I asked about any recalls on this issue. No, I was told. This issue appears to be a manufacturing issue. I have checked online, and multiple customers have had this same issue. I feel that the dealership had some idea to the problem but let it ride in order to make a sale. At this point, we will be trading the vehicle with a newer more reliable vehicle that does not have the issues that this vehicle has and will continue to have.

LADIES BEWARE My husband and I both went in two years ago to purchase a car and immediately it was like the stereotypical dealership. Red flag #1. If you are a woman and even just a little bit knowledgeable on carsthey will immediately treat you like the problem. Our finance guy was Panda (*****) and he was incredibly rude from the start! I have never been to a dealership where I do not walk out with my paperwork that dayuntil I got here. Red flag #2. ***** authorized our salesman to follow my husband and I home to complete the sale THAT night. Once the sale was complete was when they started to treat myself and my husband like garbage. I went there to see Panda to collect my paperwork with my two YOUNG daughters and he just sat there ignoring me taking phone calls. Once I did get to talk, I asked about my paperwork and he said I cant give you the ones with credit on *** said finethe others? Oh they are in the mail? We NEVER authorized that! And guess what, it never showed up either. Constant back and forth until we did get it so I left a negative ****** review (now deleted by THEM). Panda had the nerve to call MY PERSONAL CELL PHONE NUMBER TO YELL AT ME ABOUT THE REVIEW WHICH MENTIONED NO NAMES!!!!!! Completely unprofessional and unacceptable!!!!! AND HE IS STILL WORKING THERE!!!!I am not the only woman he has treated this way either! Go read the ****** reviewsthere is at least 4 others. SHAME ON YOU NISSAN! What was suppose to be a fun experience for my husband and I quickly TURNED INTO A NIGHTMARE!!!! I will NEVER purchase another vehicle from them again!!!!!Ladies, if you go in with your *********** ON GUARD!!!! They will not treat you with respect if you are knowledgeable about cars, loans, or interest.

My daughter was pre approved by her credit union for her vehicle, the dealership sales men told her that they like dealing with 6 particular financial institutions ??, and they basically did not want to take her pre approval,,, well they wanted to deal with the ones they wanted because they were able to charge her a higher interest rate AND put her upside down in her new car, meaning they got the $ back for allegedly paying off her previous car loan of only $7,000 and stuck her with a higher rate ,,, they are thieves and crooks who only care about making commissions,,,, !

Steve sold me a bad 2020 rogue. A year and a half ago. Telling me that the car Fax is for a scratch on the back. Really must have been hit ,because tires wore out within that time. Oct 2 this year. Went to get my oil change. Was conniving into buying a 2023 Rogue. I didn't feel safe going back to my old car, because I didn't know what was really wrong with it. Being very upset and crying saying, I didn't want the 2023 it was too expensive. They didn't care they had the paperwork ready filled out and didn't let me see that the APR was 9.5%. Jason made sure of that. Went back 3 days in a row and didn't get any satisfaction. Have to keep car now, but might look into selling it to a different dealership. Never again

I asked Anthony to have the GSM GM or Don *****/ Kendall ******** call me back to explain to me or I will write a negative review, he said ok and no one called.
    So here it is…
We are returning customers to Daytona Nissan, and today Max and Anthony ******* promised a deal that they took back. You wasted our time. We bought a 2018 Titan from Max about 3 years ago, and we wanted to upgrade the Titan. Max had called us a month to upgrade and we finally decided to make the move. He had his salesperson Anthony contact us and he sent us pictures of 3 trucks. Once we settled on the right truck and price we sent our pay off to him at 12:00pm. Then we settled a deal at 4:00Pm same day. I made sure I told him please don’t run my credit unless we are 100% sure with the deal. He said yes we are and proceeded to send me the text about the credit application. My credit passed with flying colors he said. The next step was to pay the down payment. I said please have the front desk call me so I can give them my card number. He said ok and just send me a text saying it’s ok to run your card for the down payment.
As I am driving home he calls me and says…Will you send me a picture of the miles. We sent him the picture of the miles and he tells us they don’t want to do the deal anymore as the miles are too high. You knew our mileage a month ago when you texted us to come check out cars.
    Wait what ?????
We had already sent him the payoff at 12:00 and now you have a problem with the miles and payoff ? Before you said we are good to go and the deal is good? And now no ? I’m confused !!!
So shady how this was handled and I feel as though you fooled us to believing a deal was complete. Customer service is horrible will never return. I’m pretty sure they had a deal that came in and they decided to forget our deal. This whole thing seemed so shady that we will never return there again.
Thanks Don ***** and all the team members that did not bother to make this right.

This company is falsely advertising the sales price of their vehicles online for thousands of dollars less than they are actually selling them for once they lure the customer into the dealership with the attractive false ads. I spoke with and emailed with the company for hours prior to my deciding to go into the dealership so that I could get transparent bottom line numbers and avoid any last-minute surprises at the dealership and still when I arrived they tried to increase the price by over $3900. When I questioned the increase price discrepancy their answer was; "well you know, this is sales" When I persisted and question further they claimed the online ad assumes the customer would be paying a $2000 cash deposit. When I further questioned the additional almost $2000 discrepancy and asked for explanation for that surprise increase in sales price they had no answer.
