  *************************************** come Oct. 26 to remove 2 large trees after Hurricane ******. They came and chopped down the trees and we paid for removal of debris. They came back 2 weeks later and removed one of 2 very large piles of debris. We are now at the week of Thanksgiving and one very large pile is still stirring out in our front yard. We have reached out by text, call, and ******** messenger all to be ignored or giving excuse after excuse to why they have not been back to remove the final pile. We live in an HOA and are required to have it removed or be fined. We have requested a refund from them for the pile that has not been picked with ZERO response. We have pictures, proof of payment and receipt of all work that was to be done. Would like a resolution. If there is a fine from our HOA we request that back as well as they have not finished the job and the pile is taller than my 64 husband.

  Tree removal was fine but they ruined my neighbor's grass, removed a section of fence, left ***** debris in my neighbor's yard and then very poorly stuck the fence up crooked on top of the debris with planks missing. I called and called for them to fix it but because they already had their money, they completely ignored me so I'm having to pay a fence company another several hundred dollars to fix the fence they ruined. And my neighbor who was going to split the cost of one tree because it straddled both yards won't pay me because of how badly FL Tree Surgeons left his yard and his side of the fence. So I'm out and additional $1600 on top of the $6,500 they charged me for tree removal. ******************************** is the payable entity. Just make sure your job is to your complete FINISHED satisfaction before you hire this outfit.

  The Positive:
  Quick response to quote request and next day service to remove three trees. Friendly crew.
  The Negative:
  1.) I should have checked the BBB first. There seems to be a pattern. We are going on day 10 where the debris (3 oak trees worth) are still in my driveway. I am very patient and if given a date in the future would likely wait and understand. However, what I get is we will be there this afternoon, or in the morning, or tomorrow, or the truck is broken (twice).
  2.) FTS understandably had to remove a portion of my fence to get equipment in back yard. They did not put fence back like they found it or at all. I was again told they would be out to put fence back. And I assume that is a different crew than the contracted debris removers. As of this review, fence down.
  3.) I paid in full after tree removal with the expectation that the cleanup and restoration would be done in a timely manner. My mistake. I have lost access to my driveway and garage for over a week. As well as having to placate my neighbors.
  4.) Not exactly a complaint, however, they also left a partially full fuel can sitting next to house in this record heat.
  Again... the crew was great! Work was done fast. I just wish they would finish the job I paid for without repeated excuses.

  All time worst! Terrible service! This company broke my landscape lights, charged me for cutting down two River Burch trees and grinding two stumps, but would not come back to grind the stumps as promised. I contacted Charles several times but they would not come back so I had to pay someone else to do it. This company did not even come prepared to do the job, with most of their equipment not working.

  I hired this group to cut and trim a river oak tree that was half dead. After coming two hours late (truck trouble?) after they said they would be here, the cut and trim seemed fine. However, after moving some of the cuttings to front of my neighbors house, I was told they definitely remove the limbs from my neighbors home. I was told (“don’t worry bubba, we will do it”). They also left three water bottles on my grass in front of the tree they cut. Well, they did come back…the next day and removed most of the limbs from in front of my neighbors home however they left some smaller limbs and other elements from their work that I had to clean up. This along with leaving many sticks in front of the tree they cut, and the used water bottles they threw indicates to me, they really didn’t a dam about the job as long as they got their $650.00.
  I would definitely would NOT recommend this group….terrible clean up.
  And I am definitely not anyone’s BUBBA.

  This company knocked on my door to solicit tree trimming services, agreed to trim 5 palms and ended up trimming one down so far that it DIED within two weeks. THEY killed it. They then advised "it will be an additional $400 to take it down". I called the Owner, Jonathan, spoke with him and he promised if the tree did not grow back, he would take it down and replace it free of charge. That was TWO YEARS ago. Have been calling the office ever since, no answers, called him again yesterday, he actually answered and said he'd be out to my house between 10am - 11am this morning to finally take a look, NO CALL NO SHOW. At this point, I just want the dead ugly tree they killed taken down and out of my yard and to warn others about this lousy tree service. Just awful to take advantage of people!

  That’s absolutely the furthest thing from the truth.
  I spoke to you and told you I would come take the tree down and replant another. Call the office to schedule it please. Zach and myself have reached out personally to get this handled.

  Don't use this company. The Saturday prior to the hurricane in south Florida, these folks cut down a large tree in my back yard and they were professional at all times. The did an excellent job at that part of the job, however we were supposed to have the stump grinded and the tree, which was placed in my front yard by the loader, was to be picked up. I was told that those buys would be right behind the cutters and it would all be picked up and grinded that day or Sunday. BIG MISTAKE ON MY PART WAS PAYING THEM THAT DAY, $1040. I won't go into the several phone calls, emails on their website I sent, and how many times I was told I was added to their pick up list. During one of the phone conversations I was told FEMA was going around Jacksonville picking up storm debris. I get there was a hurricane, but the tree was cut down roughly a week prior to the storm. They had no intention of picking it up because they were already paid. Two weeks after the tree was cut down I paid American Tree Service $350 to grind the stump and pick up the tree debris. I've not heard back from 'the tree surgeons'. I asked them to re-inburse me $200, but I'm sure that will never happen. Just don't use these guys!
