    Started sing SB Tree Service about a decade ago, several large live oaks and one historic oak -- more than 400 years old. Their work was always impressive -- almost overwhelming -- and never had reason to complain. They arrive like an army -- 8-10 workers, trucks, bobcats, etc and immediately get to work. When they leave the yard looks better than when they arrived.Recently moved from **************** to ************** but retained the Florida residence for regular visits. This past Friday got a call telling me that a storm had twisted the top out of the historic tree, dumping tons of tree debris but, thankfully, no structural damage to house. I panicked -- how to deal with this from three states away. Called SB Tree to see if they could help -- nearing the end of their business hours. **** ********** saved the day. He immediately visited the site of the tragedy, examined, tree, yard, house and sent me pictures covering the site. He gave an estimate and said they could take care of it for us. I couldn't figure out how we'd pay forthe work since they recommended NOT using credit cards. **** arranged with office to let us mail a personal check and guaranteed the work would be handled on Monday, even before payment was received.Sure enough, SB was on the scene first thing Monday morning and by noon the job was complete. All along the way **** was sure to take pics and send them to ***** did such a complete and awesome job that a neighbor had them do some work as well.EVERYTHING about SB Tree is professional, competent and the best thing since sliced bread (or Devil Dogs for me) and I would use no one else. The personal contact and attention makes SB Tree the one to go for whenever tree work or storm damage is staring you in the face. You won't find better!!

    SB tree service does truly excellent work! I just had five trees removed and they got the job done very quickly and they did a fantastic job of cleaning up everything! I have used different companies in the past but none have compared with SB for quality of work! I will never use any other company for any future work I might need. As well as doing great work they are a very friendly group of people to work with! I HIGHLY recommend SB tree service!!!

    Excuses, excuses. SB might do good work, but we will never know. Do not believe them when they say they will show up for a job at a certain time and day. And don’t expect them to call to let you know that they are not on the way. Twice they left us hanging. Poor coordination and planning.

    We apologize for having to reschedule you twice. We did have a tornado that week in Ormond Beach and there was an influx in emergency jobs due to the storm. We hope for understanding from our customers and expect communication from our employees. If there's any way we could change your mind we would love to assist you with this project in hopes that you will reconsider your opinion of us as a business.
