    On two separate occasions (1 in May 2025, and one July 2025) this company has withdrawn funds from my bank account without my knowledge or my consent. I filed a complaint with my financial institution in May 2025, when I noticed the first unauthorized transaction for $59.99, this has yet been resolved. Now, again they have posted an unauthorized withdrawal to my account again today for $29.99, I have informed my financial institution once again. They cannot be reached by telephone it is always busy, and their email address posted does not exist.

    Global solutions does not take money from anybodys credit card. We have no credit cards on file and do not charge anybodys credit card for anything. He must have the wrong company. We are very easy to reach. Our office number is ************-  we dont collect random fees from customers. I suggest they reach out to the merchant company who allowed the charge and rectify it that way.

    I am rejecting this response because:  This is not a credit card it is a direct withdrawal from my checking account and states that I signed electronically for this.  It also states it is for online web support.  I have not nor have I ever received on line web support for anything. The only computer I possess is my company computer in my office and we have our own web support.  I certainly did not authorize anything via electronic signature.  Nor is there any company associated with these 2 transactions.

    Despite filing a complaint a few days ago, this company paid NO ATTENTION to it and called today using different numbers and once again, called someone not involved with my finances. If this is not resolved, I will contact my State's Attorney.

    We also make no outbound calls, we only have one telephone number. We only call customers with upcoming travel booked with our customers , We do not show any records of travel with this customer,

    I purchased a vacation travel voucher on 2/19/2022 from a local radio channel for $29. It was for 4 nights stay in ******* in a junior suite at a Marriott, Hyatt Place or similar hotel. We booked for the nights of 2/4/2024 to 2/7/2024. On 2/1/2024 I was contacted by ************************* of *********************** who I assume is a subcontractor of Global Solutions, to pay $80 dollars in fees and taxes for the room. I stated that I would pay the resort when I got there for any fees and they said if I didn't pay by 2pm that day they would cancel my reservations. So I paid with the hopes that it wasn't a scam. The problem came on arrival to ******************* when I was given a basic room, not a junior suite as promised. To top it off the room was in horrible condition with a large amount of rust on every metal surface and mold in numerous places. I took the issue up the next day, as it was after midnight when we arrived, with the resort that we had been scheduled to meet with, ******************. They were very distressed that we had been put up in such a place and moved us to one of their units for the rest of our stay. Global solutions claims that I should have researched the room myself before I arrived and let them know it was unacceptable. If they had put us in a junior suite to begin with it might have been fine but ************ said the room they gave us was what had been reserved and paid for so no change would be made. I feel this is false advertising and that we should be given a complete refund of all money spent. Global Solutions has stated they will not refund us anything but our security deposit. In no way did they deliver the room that we purchased. I have pictures to document my claims along with the emails from all parties involved. If Global solutions can show a receipt for a junior suite at ************ then I have no problems with them. But ************ said that we got the room that Global solutions reserved for us, not a junior suite.

    Global Solutions is a 3rd party fulfillment company, ********************** is not a subcontractor of Global Solutions,nor is Global Solutions a subcontractor of **********************. Global Solutions does not set rules, policies or the terms and conditions for ********************** and/or their contracted hotels. That is between ********************** and their partnering hotels. Guests cannot dictate or decide when and how they are going to pay their resort fees and taxes, this was explained to **********.  ********** was refusing to pay his resort fees and taxes prior to arrival, therefore we were notified by ********************** that the hotel was going to cancel his reservation if he didn't pay, we simply relayed that message to **********.

    We explained to **********, we didn't know he wasn't given a junior suite upon arrival as we do not assign the rooms. ***** are assigned when the guest arrives at the hotel. As he stated, he arrived after midnight and the very next morning when he addressed his concerns with **********************/Ascendant, who works closely with us, they changed his accommodations and moved him to Condo unit for the remaining 3 nights of his stay.

    ************** reservation deposit of $100 was returned on February 20, 2024 back to his credit card.  In regards to his purchase price of $29 for the offer, Global Solutions will be more than happy to send him a check for $29 even though he didn't purchase the voucher/offer from Global Solutions and we didn't collect the $29.00 from him.
