1 starI, too, would give zero stars if I could. I got roped in with the promise that the weeks are in high demand and would quadruple my "investment". I also only received 3 offers in the first 6 months and was told all of them changed their minds or when with a different resort. I tried to cancel and get a refund at that point but was told that the contract automatically was extended for another 6 months "at no cost" and that I had to wait that out in order to request a refund. Well, that 6-month period ended with only 2 offers, both with the same excuses of not following through. I've now left several messages and emails with no response. I am ready to seek legal advise at this point if they do not resolve this immediately.Vacations universal

1 starIm notifying the state of all these complaints to the state's ***********************. I advise that everyone else do the same. No use in responding with your fake responses to me. You were given 4 opportunities to respond to my inquiries. Now the ****************** and State Government will be told of your scam. You can respond to them.Vacations universal

1 starI would also leave a 0 score if available. I went thru the same things,, a "company" is interested, nothing available so I did all the research and sent alternatives, the "company" rejected those. It's been a year now and I have sent three emails demanding my money back with absolutely no response. I am also considering getting legal counsel. Maybe a class action suit would be appropriate. .Vacations universal

1 starI can't leave zero stars or I would. Not only is their customer service trash but I spoke with an *** representative and they said if they find out you are "selling" you guest certificate, they will revoke your membership. So I called and left a VM with these guys. I'll let you know if I need a lawyer to get my money backVacations universal

1 starAdd me to the list of those that has found that this is a scam. The sales pitch is that you get 8x what you pay them, they have high demand for these rentals, it's a virtual guarantee they convince you! That turns out to be a lie, the sales person even gave me his phone # if I had any questions but I could never get back in touch with him after trying several times. "Marketing" your timeshare apparently means putting it on a list that they supposedly share with companies looking to book timeshares for their employees. They will email you with an "offer" from a "company" for your time. For me, either the times were NOT available or if it was available, the company decided to go to a different location instead. If there is no availability and you provide an alternate resort or date, they say the company rejected that alternative. If you confirm that there is availability, they allegedly send it back to the company and you wait for the response - which invariably comes back that they did not want your time after all. This process repeats several times throughout your contract period, until your time runs out. Also, when you sign-up they say "You'll start receiving your offers via email within the next 5-6 weeks." Meanwhile, the 10 day cancellation period is then exceeded and they got you and took your money!Vacations universal

Oh, I've called several times to your customer service department and they were no help at all. They just kept telling me they will try to get me an offer soon just like you mention in your response. I'm still waiting on a good offer that ends up working out, not like the duds you gave me previously which didn't work out or get accepted. Buyer beware!Review fromDavid C

1 starI agree 100% with **** M, I'm in my 6th month with Vacations Universal and I've only had 3 inquires and all 3 had nothing available with-in 50 miles of the resort requested. THREE yes that's THREE 6 months. I do believe I can say good by to my good faith investment with this company. My advice is to stir clear of "Vacation Universal".Vacations universal

1 starThey took almost $2500 for the *** points that I owned (July 2024). Since then they offered me the vacation offering for 7-day at $1600 based on the availability of the space. First time was too far away (date), the *** could not search the availability. The second one: the same situation. The third one: Finally, *** has availability. I follow their instructions. about 10 days later, they said this offer does not suit the requirements of (informed me via e-mail). Everybody works from home and I was put on hold for the phone. I am tired of dealing with them, I guess that is what this company wants me to do, I would like to get my money back.Vacations universal

1 starThis is a scam. I believe the positive reviews left here are written by employees of the company. Read closely - especially if you're still within your credit card dispute period (key to their scam).I paid this company to market my timeshare on the secondary rental market. The sales pitch is that you get 8x what you pay them, they have high demand for these rentals, it's a virtual guarantee. (But not an actual guarantee, so you get screwed.)"Marketing" your time apparently means putting it on a list that they supposedly share with companies looking to book timeshares for their employees. There is no public marketing: no ads, nothing you can see for yourself to verify they do anything - you have to just trust them that they're doing something.Spoiler Alert - they're not. They will email you with an "offer" from a "company" for your time. They never disclose the company allegedly asking for your time - because they don't exist. ** already knows the time is not available - they have access to *** like everyone else. It's all a scheme. If there is no availability and you provide an alternate resort, they say the company rejected that alternative. If you confirm that there is availability, they allegedly send it back to the company and you wait for the response - which invariably comes back that they did not want your time after all. Oops. Rejections come via phone call from various area codes and numbers - they are calling from personal phones. There are no contact emails available; your initial sales *** is long gone. This scam rinses and ***eats throughout your contract period, until you're left holding the bag at the end.P.S. - This process takes ***** days from sign-up so that they can "get their marketing working." Why would it take ***** days to get time marketed if they're already marketing timeshares? This is key to the scam, because you fall outside your credit card dispute timeframe. Once you realize you're being scammed, it's too late.Vacations universal

Mr. ********** I can assure you this is not a scam or scheme, what we provide here is an actual service that works! We have sent hundreds of thousands of dollars out to clients for rentals and we want you to be part of that process. I understand your process is taking longer than expected but I can assure you this process works. I will make sure a manager reaches out to you with options to make you happy.Review fromAlfonzo L

5 starsI am feeling great about this whole program, I started with 4 weeks just to make sure everything was legitimate. I waited until finishing out the program to write anything and Im happy to say they have exceeded my expectations. All 4 weeks rented and still keeping contact with me. All around a great company to be involved with.Vacations universal
