    On January 27 2024, I purchased a supposdly Certified ********************** 2020 S560 at ************* Daytona Beach, 1188 *********************, Daytona Beach, ******* *****. Once back home in ************, **, we discovered the rear window shades were inoperable. We took the car on 31 January 2024 to our local ************* dealer in ************, ** on ************* and the shades were repaired under the original warranty.***************************** reported the brakes were worn out and described them as "metal to metal". Rotors and front brakes had to be replaced and according to the computer the car is not certified preowned. Therefore no additional warranty as promised.The cost of the new brakes was $1,625.51. and to include the oil change $1,937.33.Mercedes-Benz of Daytona Beach knowingly sold us an unsafe car using false advertising. We paid for a CERTIFIED PREOWNED car, which is not nationwide in the computer system and we were put in a dangerous situation by driving an unsafe car with faulty brakes.We are requesting the Certified Preowned Warranty, that we paid for (included in the price of car) and furthermore to be reimbursed for the cost of the brakes and rotors.We reported the issue to ************* ***, since ******** **** Daytona Beach was not wiling to resolve the issue. ************* *** informed ** that the car dealership needs to resolve the issue with the customer and ********************************************* ******** **** then offered me reluctantly $500.00, which we did not accept from ***********************, General Sales Manager of ******** Daytona Beach. My life was at risk driving from Daytona Beach ** to ************, ** and Mercedes Benz of Daytona Beach did not care.Pics and Video of the worn brakes and repair of the brakes from **************************, ************* are available. I request Mercedes-Benz of Daytona Beach to reimburse me for the brakes in the amount of $1,625.51 plus sales tax and receive Certified Preowned nationwide warranty as paid for.
