      I would give 0 stars if I could, last Wednesday I traded in a 2021 **** Expedition for a 2016 **** F250 they had on there lot. Everything with the sale went great after some negotiating we left the same night with the truck. Come Friday I notice the truck is leaking a quarter size oil drop in my driveway. I call the sales manager of the sales employee I dealt with he tells me to bring the truck in first thing Monday morning and that they would have a loaner ready for my wife (who is 36 weeks pregnant and would have a 2 year old with her).Come Monday they then proceed to make my wife wait there over an hour while they then tell us the only resolution they have is to either reverse the deal and give us our Expedition back or to have us pay there cost to have the upper oil pan seal replaced (a $3200 job).Low and behold this truck I purchased is a **** Blue Advantage Certified Pre-Owned vehicle. The truck should have never gotten certified with the oil leak according to the 139pt inspection it goes trough for this certification, but also this leak should be covered under the 90 day/4k mile warranty that is offered with this certification. I will be seeking legal advice, and would not recommend my worst enemy to this dealer.

      as a retired employee of a **** dealership i went to **** yeomans in ocala the sale rep ***** ********** called **** an got me a pin for xplan finance assured me i was getting the x plan but when the final i checked the invoice i did not get the x plan i complained to sales manager ***** he said the pin was not valid which is a lie as i called **** and the pin is valid i am an 85 year old vet and a **** retiree i feel they have committed fraud and took advantage of a senior citizen

      **** ****** uses fraudulent advertising practices. We responded to an online sales price and scheduled a test drive of the vehicle. On their website they list the sale price, plus other applicable fees such as dealer & tax/title/registration. At this point we understood what the price was and committed to a 100 mile drive to see the vehicle. Upon filling out paperwork for the purchase they added a $3,000 charge for their after care warranty. Being surprised by this fee, I declined it, only to be told it was required. When I pointed out it wasnt listed on their website, the manager responded they didnt list that fee because it wouldve showed the vehicle above market. Dumbfounded by the callous, yet honest response, I again reiterated that it wasnt listed on their site and was unethical business practice. He then went back and received approval to lower it by $1,000 but said that was their final number. At this point, we were only about $600 dollars apart from what I would be willing to pay, however the entire process was such a bait and switch that I walked out due to principal.What was clear by their attitude is this is a common practice and any potential buyer should be wary.I doubt ******** will approve of these sales practices. It tarnishes their name.

      3 x times this dealership has failed me. Switched the pricing on me the first time. 2nd deal, salesperson took 5 days to get the numbers ran (vehicle was supposedly wholesaled on day 4) 3rd deal - yesterday - wrote deal up with inflated price over advertised, failed to correct - rewrote the deal as a new vehicle, still using inflated used vehicle details & finally sold it our from under me before correcting to close the deal. All round unsavory practices, bait-and-switch, General Manager follow up turned out to be from someone unknown to the dealership ......stay clear of these crooks - they don't deserve your hard earned money. I am very angry at this treatment - warning others so they don't have to endure.

      I was advised to bring my 6 mos old **** Expedition Max to **** Yeomans for some warranty work as one of the door hinges needed adjustment. My family was told we could wait as it was simple, then we were told it wouldnt be ready until tomorrow. Upon getting the car back it was divulged that they had to bend and repaint the door. Its a brand new car thats never been in accident and it now has body work done on it. It still isnt right and I can see the damage theyve done. Worst body work I've ever seen - caused irreparable damage. Couldnt be more disappointed and feel the car has lost value from the work that **** Yeomans performed.

      Promised only a couple of inquiries on my credit. So far 9. (Yes I was approved.). Felt pressured. When I wanted to leave I was introduced to a manager that sat with us until an agreement was reached. The manager asked me to write down my terms. I did. He crumpled up the piece of paper and agreed. I called to be sure my terms were granted. I was told the paper was thrown away. I was given a higher interest rate, and longer terms. Did I purchase it, yes. Totally my fault. I texted my salesperson about loud whistling coming from the windshield. I was told they would not cover it. Only the flat spare tire was covered (because I noticed it was flat) and the nail was severely close to the sidewall. I brought the wheel to a tire specialist and was told that it was too close to the sidewall and never should have been plugged. It should have been replaced. This was a used vehicle btw. Then a few days later the vehicle was stuttering, jerking and running rough. I didnt call or go back. I will never recommend or purchase from this dealer again in the future. Horrible experience from beginning to end. I suppose if you are buying a new **** that you will be taken care of. The most dreadful deal and dealership that I have ever done business with. I was also baited into another vehicle that was the same color. I could go on and on.

      Best place to buy a car ever. Bought a car from **** Yeomans had a little hiccup with one of the tires on the car. Took it back expecting them to replace the tire. When ****** and ***** came out to give us the car keys, found out that they replaced all four tires. It doesnt get any better than that.

      Not even worth a star! From sales game tactics to advertising mistakes- what a joke, though the mgr did make the sales games right- we bought the certified Lincoln car that the next day we saw should not have been a certified. From day one the car needed to be brought back. They were aware, even sent a cake with apologies for the sales troubles and games! It took four and a half months of run around to get a service visit in, once in they will not address the dry rotted tires causing front end issues. The trunk will not open, will not fix. Clear coat is peeling, scratched down the side- never saw because car was bought at night. Trim in front cracked. Front hood shakes and doesn't line up. I Highlighted their own certifiable check list of 11 known and seeable items and they wont fix. God knows whats under that I cant see. No lemon law paper received, no car fax papers, no manual and no papers other than the sales paper. Service guy is great- he totally agrees, but cant make the choice to repair all. This place is a joke. Biggest scam dealer going- stays at the top because of status quo character in town. Then have the sales and employees text you stating they are short of reviews and not getting a bonus unless you can leave them a ****** review! Its not the workers who are taught the game- its a slimy dealership! Buyers beware!

      I recently purchased a 2017 Lincoln mkZ 2.0T at ***************** and **** dealership, and both my wife and I couldn't be happier with great deal that we got on the car. I can't say enough good about the sales consultant, ***********************, who was extremely professional, yet made us feel like family. He was very patient in showing us numerous cars until we found the right car that we loved, and fit our budget. Like I said, can't say enough good !! And the financing personnel was also fantastic ! These two gentlemen were not your typical greedy sales personnel that I've experienced elsewhere at other dealerships. I believe all my business now will be with *********************** **** in the future. We'd love to see ***** again as well ! **********************************

      I ordered a F-250 King ***** and its been more than 2 years and it still hadnt came in. I called and they reordered the truck. Once that one came in, it was not what I had ordered. It didnt have the moon roof. When I looked at the new buyers order they had forged my signature. I will never buy another vehicle from them again. Made several calls to the managers and couldnt even get a call back. This is a crooked a** dealership. Buyers beware because costumer service doesnt mean anything to these people!
