    Dr. ****** is great! Takes her time with you to address all your questions, needs and concerns but the wait time (to see either doctors) when showing up for your appointment is ridiculous. I have NEVER been seen at or even near my appointment time or even taken back to a room to be pre-assessed by the PA. My appointments are only to get medicine refills and should be very short but have never been shorter than 1.5 hours (that's on a good day!!) and 99% of that time is the wait time in the office. My time is just as valuable as the staff here- they need to work on time/appointment management.
