  The service at this company is wonderful. They were able to provide witnesses and set up a meeting with the signers in different cities for our power of attorney, the matter was competed in an expedited manner and at a reasonable fee. The Owner and staff are knowledgeable, patient, diligent with quick response time. I am extremely satisfied.

  Once, again, ***** at FloridaDocuments provided a quick, easy to access Apostile process for an urgently needed international notary on a tax filing document for my Greek application for a medical card - as an expat in ****** medical care is a bureaucratic nightmare of hoop jumping. ***** made the on-line notarization process simple enough for an old retiree like me to easily complete the process and her follow-up email with digital copy was almost instantaneous. FloridaDocuments offer a very valuable service so critical to anyone living outside the U.S.

  Let me start off by saying I was very nervous starting this process. Someone referred me to ************************* and I took a leap of faith. She has a great personality and is always willing to answer my questions. I filed for adjustment of status and she used her expertise to guide me along the right. Even when I encountered difficulties, she was always there to assist and ensure everything is ok. Today I received my ten year green card for my son and I in the mail and she was there cheering me on. Thank you Florida Document Specialist for keeping my lovely family together.

  **********the ladybird deed went extraordinarily smooth.i verified the completed the enhanced life estate (ladybird) form, ***** set up the virtual notary, took about 15 minutes to complete.paperwork sent in and received confirmation that the deed was recorded. the same day. ****** was great getting the document i had requested, prior to i called three different lawyers in volusia.all 3 came back with something other than the enhanced life estate.they wrote up a warranty deed, a quitclaim deed, and a trust? great service from ******, thanks for answering my questions.they are prompt, available, and pick up the phone, or emails.i will use again in the future regarding future estate planning.thank you ladies. **********

  Excellent service on probate matter - very professional - did what they said they would do and they had an excellent result. Very pleased and would highly recommend this company. I do not live in Florida and could not travel there to have legal work done - they did it for me at a very reasonable price. Had they not done this work for me I would not have been able to receive a small estate.

  I needed a Social Security Apostille asap to prove my retirement income in Greece for a near date deadline application for Greek residency. With only one month before losing another year to apply, my wife found Florida Document Specialists and after one communication I knew ee had a chance. Linda was our point of contact and she communicated quickly and efficiently on every aspect of the process and was confident I would have an Apostille document in my Athens, Greece accountant's hands by our deadline a month away. Linda got everything addressed and delivered internationally 2 weeks before our deadline. We met with our accountant in Athens today and saw the completed Apostille and was reminded how fortunate I was to discover this company, Linda, and the super professional service that is so hard to find anywhere i the world.
