    I ordered two AR-15 kits on Aug. 11, 2023 (order *********) and one on Aug 18, 2023 (order number *********). I didn't start putting them together until Dec. 26, 2023. When I went to put the upper on and push the front pin in, and then close it down to push the back take-down pin in, there's a quarter inch gap from the upper not closing down to the lower. If I pull the front pin out and place the lower and upper together, it seems to fit together fine, but as soon as I push in the front take down pin, it will not allow the upper to close down to the lower. I've tried mixing the parts from other kits, but there is something wrong with two of these lowers. I emailed on Dec. 27, Dec 30, and Jan 11. Finally got a response on Jan 11 when they asked if the lowers were milled. I replied the same day stating that I tried making the blue one first and milled it out before I realized there was a problem. The bronze one I tried putting together before milling in case it had the same issue. I clearly stated that one was milled and one was not. I have since received no reply and have sent subsequent emails on Jan 13, 20, and 26. If email is not a good way of communication, they really should give a phone number to resolve issues. I would like to get the problem of the two faulty kits resolved.

    I placed an order on Friday there site said two business day shipping it came to $20.00 shipping my order was for $41.90 in items (I live 1 hr 10 minuities away) so I figured. it would ship Monday the latest ?No tracking number,emailed them I was told they are closed over the weekend No bull! they said I would have a tracking number today,nothing today either I never checked their reviews wish I did now,their rep is bad,very bad

    The customer placed this order on January 20. The order shows shipped on January 23 and delivered on January 25. Please note that our shipping times as listed on our website are 3-5 BUSINESS days and the customer received their order in that time frame.

    ordered a 80 percent raw 308 lower for 69.95 got charged 100.49 not good its a scam you think you are paying a lower price till you get your bank statement

    The customer claims that we overcharged them, but according to their order information, the raw 80% lower is not the only item on the order. The lower was $69.95, the customer also added a rifle length buffer for $14.59 plus shipping for both items which was $15.95, coming to a grand total of $100.49. This information was provided to the customer and was also listed on their invoice that they received when they placed the order. We can resend this information, should the customer request so.

    I ordered some upper components for .300 blk on Dec 2nd 2022 and Never received confirmation for the order but my card was charged. Either confirmation that the items are shipped or a refund is needed.

    I ordered a complete upper receiver. I received the box and the bolt carrier group was missing. I attempted to cal and got a machine telling me to email. I emailed explaining that the part was not in the upper or the packaging. I got a response to look in the end of the upper. I already had and it wasn't there. I emailed back to see what they could do to rectify the situation and have not received any word back.

    Placed an order on August 6, 2022 (order number ********* ) and was charged $694.89. There was no order confirmation, no call , no Email response and up to this date September 9, 2022 I haven't received anything but unanswered calls and Emails.

    At first they sent me my orders pretty quick, now they have gone silent on customers!!!! STAY AWAY ALERT!!! Had to have my bank dispute my charge with them and I'm not even sure they responded to the bank? The Bank did credit my account! Almost 4 weeks and still haven't received my order, no email confirmation of my order I had to take a snapshot of the order number at checkout. They don't respond to emails, THEY DONT RESPOND TO CUSTOMERS, I've sent many and no response at all, also cannot reach them on the phone! POOR service!

    So I ordered some parts from Dayton tactical on August 6th 2022 and they are barely responding and still haven't shipped my product has has the only person who has responded is Amanda saying to check the website I would like my $424.95 dollars back or just hurry up and ship it they asked for a photo ID which I have went but is probably pointless with there response
