    Nexgen Global LLC are most definitely intentionally deceiving customers with a bate & switch free shipping scam & automatically signing you up for a monthly subscription...in my case it was $12.57 a month after purchasing a $19.95 bottle of ceramic spray they had on sale with free VIP shipping ! who in the world needs a 40% VIP discount a month for a possible purchase you may make once or maybe twice a year ??? BEWARE

    Purchased the ceramic spray in October. My wife discovered that we were being charged nearly $13 per month. I contacted the company and they said I signed up for the VIP. They did immediately discontinued my VIP. I went back to the order form. I did get 40 percent off my order and free shipping, but by doing so I was placed on the VIP. My $20 bottle of spray ended up costing me around $140. My wife is very unhappy with me!! To keep the peace in my house, I will not be ordering any more products from this company.

    Nexgen Global is a shady business, to say the least.
    Their Ads are very good at getting you to click. Before you know it, you’ve made a purchase you didn’t intend to make.
    Customer service is very direct and to the point; they don’t give a rats ass that you were stupid enough to waste money on their “Membership”.
    Shady Business.
    Tricky Website.
    Totally unconcerned about customer care.
    Be Warned.

    I’d leave zero if I could this bogus company just took 82.00 of my hard earned money and apparently I can’t get it back ! Thieving lieing blatant disregard and disrespect for EVERYONE they have no product apparently and are stealing from everyone that’s stupid enough to order from them !!! I’m contacting my senators office and spending my time because these liars just keep stealing from unsuspecting good people and it’s wrong I will make it my mission to shout loudly to every outlet I can to warn people to STOP purchasing from this bogus company!!!! I’m so aggravated that I didn’t read the reviews and trusted a friend that ordered and somehow actually received a product this is so ridiculous and frustrating beyond what anyone should have to deal with !!!

    I bought a product
    Then they started charging me for a membership I never asked for, nor authorized !!!
    A blatant attempt at theft and the worst cheapskate company ever !!
    Do Not buy anything from them !!
    They will automatically try to cheat you by charging your card for unauthorized items !!

    This is a company run by a band of thieves. Do not order a product from these guys if you value your hard earned money. I ordered and paid for a bottle of advertised NexGen Global ceramic for which I paid $19.95. I received an email a few days later that the product was shipped and I got a corresponding USPS shipment track number. This number was invalid at the USPS website. I have since tried to contact the company by phone and email several times and there has been no answer. At their phone number in Daytona Beach, FL a recording always tells you customer service agents are not avaiable to take your call. Leave your phone number and email and someone will get back to you shortly. That will be the end of it. Please steer clear from these guys and save your money. They must be exposed for what they are: A band of thieves.

    Bad business practices , I made sure I made a one time purchase and they keep wacking my card for a monthly purchase . I still have h there product in the box . I would like a refund
