              This apartment complex fails to fix any issues they threaten to evict you when you call them out to be fixed. I went without ac for 3 months, the ceiling caved in almost hitting children there was a huge whole next to the apartment building for months, the ac went out again and had to be fixed no thanks to the apparent complex I’ve reached out to their corporate office several times with no response back. There will be no renewal for this year due to their lack of fixing things the security deposit should be refunded however pretty sure they are going to try to get out of it.

              After being disrespected by rental rep, because I disagreed how nasty the apartment was. Rugs smelled like a mixture of pee and cigarettes. The vent blew this weird moldy smell that got my family very sick. After give a three months notice after being sick in the apartment, because I could not find anything sooner. I received a letter stating they took my whole deposit and charging $3k. I will be fighting this. It's horrible, I would not recommend to anyone.
