I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.I understand the business response and will accept the response. However, after the label was created it took another 2 business days to actually process the order. The total time for processing of my order was not 1-5 business days but was in total 9 business days. This seems to be a common issue and would be better customer service to state 7-10 business days for processing because as stated in the response just because a label is created does not mean the warehouse is shipping the product that day. Perception is reality and the reality you are setting with your customers is creating a poor perception of your business when you may in fact have no control of the issue that results in the poor perception. What you do control is the messaging to the customer.

Dear Customer, Our website advises that we have a processing time of 1-5 business days for orders to be prepared for shipment. Labels created are processed when the items hit the table to be shipped, in some cases they warehouse does not get all of these shipments out on the particular day. I purchased 3 watches and a watch case totaling $278 from the company early April 2025. They never sent me 2 of the watches. I asked about them many times and got excuse after excuse but no product. They never shipped me the two other watches and responded to my bank dispute by enclosing the tracking number of the one watch they sent me instead of the correct tracking number showing carrier was still awaiting package since April 7th! The bank ruled against me when they got the wrong tracking number Invicta deceived them with. They have since promised to refund me the $136.97 they owe me. They never have. I have called them, emailed them, chatted with them at least 8 times. Nothing.Business Response

Our apologies for the previous resolution that we would refund the items. Being that there is dispute with Pay Pal and the customer's bank. Pay Pal is not allowing the refund. Please contact Pay Pal and ask to remove the dispute. We have as advised you that we shipped the order, if the carrier is experiencing delays our apologies for this. I am unable to just refund a package that has not been delivered. In addition the tracking does not state the the package is lost etc. We will need to allow some more time to see if the tracking updates. Lets allow until Friday 5-2 for any updates. On 03/23/25 I placed an order for two watches on Invicta website (*************************). The website promises orders will ship in 3-5 business days. Invicta has not sent any order updates as of today, 03/31/25.. I have sent two emails to ******************************* but I have not received a reply to the emails. I called the customer service phone number today, 03/31/25, and spoke with a customer service representative. I was informed that there was a delay and a shipping label has been created. I informed the representative that I wanted to cancel order due to shipping extended beyond 3-5 business days with no order update from the company. I was supposedly transferred to a manager but I was transferred to someone's voicemail. I left a message on the voicemail and requested a return phone call but no one returned my call today. As of today, 03/31/25, I have not received a shipping update. The order number is **********. The order total is $118.38. I would like Invicta to refund my money and I would like consumers to be aware of the company's terrible customer service which involves no email updates on order status, no response to customer emails and no return call from management.Business Response

01/06/2025 I purchased two watches and wanted insurance on them, the girl who took care of me said she had to cancel the ****** transactions and recharge me again, and when I showed her that same day it was taken out of my bank, she said it would fall off, till this day today 02/05/25 have not seen any refund, and when I went back to the store, they all joked about it as they got away with this. No receipt was given to me. I called corporate, and they couldn't help me, I would like to know where that money went when they can't find the transaction taken from my bank. Ordered a watch from Invicta on 12/8/24. They say it was delivered on 12/17/24 by the **** to my keyed entry mailbox which is locked but it was not. I noticed others having the same issues with delivery. Initially I just wanted a replacement sent but seeing the issues of others, I just want my money back. Purchased an Invicta Pro Driver ***** watch on 3/4/2024. With the purchase, I added on the Extended Protection Plan, which covers accidental damage with zero deductible. The second hand broke and I sent the watch in for repair. Not only did I have to pay the shipping, but I received a call today stating that it'll cost $63.60 to repair my watch.
