  If Yelp allowed a ZERO rating as the lowest, I would give Wolfer that. They were, and still are, hired by our *** and to my astonishment the *** failed to add LIABILITY to their contract.For quite a while now, when the landscapers blow the grass off of the tiny areas of lawn and dblacktop around my car, specifically the right side, they also blow tiny pebbles or hard fragments. This caused significant paint damage to my car and is very noticeable since my car is red and now has tiny white paint chips all over. It looks like a red cheetah with white spots :(I called up their *********** and explained the situation. The woman, who I should have gotten her name, told me someone would come out to see. She did not say when, but I asked her to have them to call me in advance. A day later, someone from Wolfer came without prior notice as requested.*** I showed him the damage and he was quick to say "IT WAS NOT THEM AND THE DAMAGE HAPPENED SOMEWHERE ELSE!" I admit It is my fault I did not save the proof via our Ring Doorbell, but, in hindsight, I did not think to do so because I did not know they were so DISHONEST and IMMORAL! ***He was very quick to leave and refused to give me his name, however he did say he was a manager. He was about average height, maybe 5'7" a little on the chunky side, very short dark hair, like a buzz cut, and had a spanish accent. I asked when they are coming next and to my surprise he said "I DON'T KNOW". How can he not know? Shouldn't a MANAGER know his company's SCHEDULE?!?!?!This guy came out after the office closed so I had to call the office the next day to explain what happened. THEY TOLD ME THEY HAVE NO RECORD OF ANY MANAGER THAT CAME TO SEE ME!!!Now I'm stuck and sure as h*** can't afford to fix my car. Even if I could, I'm 100% positive it will be money wasted as this will continue to happen.*** Please note, I'm not the only one in ****************** this is happening to.

  This person who filed the complaint is not describing any manager at our company. Our managers would not be going to resident houses after hours either. We value our customers and always repair any damages we cause. Unfortunately, the landscapers get blamed for everything. The blowers we use are not powerful nought to chip paint. We have serviced this community for numerous years so I believe if we were damaging cars to others this would have been brought to our attention.
