I am a single man that am forced to lease my home because the party that took my home into contract could not close. ************* and TrueNest presented me with an offer to lease the property as I was left holding lease for an apartment and the mortgage for my home. TueNest could not be worse. They did lease my home easily, but they don't pay me my rent. I pay my mortgage on the first of each month for $2200. and the home owners association fee of $107.00 and then I pay rent of $2050.00 per month for my apartment. All my payments are due and payable on the first of the month. TrueNest and ********* don't follow the same rules, even though rent is collected in advance the money disappears for 14-16 days and ********** acts like I'm absurd for asking that my rent be paid when collected. Now I understand a management service has a process, but how can that process include expecting me to live with no disposable income for two weeks every month after I've paid my mortgage and rent on time. Do NOT use this service they will treat you badly and will not pay out rent in a timely manner. Can I give less than one star? Today is September 13th, 2021 - no rent has been deposited into my bank of America accounts. There really should be a better way to rent a home and not have to support another family to live in my home and be treated horribly for asking for what should be mine.
