    Ive been a loyal customer of ********************** since 2022, relying exclusively on their services for various plumbing needs. Unfortunately, during one of their installations, they failed to properly connect the dishwasher drain line, which resulted in a major flood in my apartment. The damage was extensiveruining my floors and saturating the drywall. This ended up in a 6 month job to replace my floor and resulted in me having to leave the premises of my home.Following the incident, I was directed to file a claim through their insurance provider, and we ultimately reached a settlement. While the experience was stressful, I appreciated the resolution and assumed the matter had been professionally addressed.However, over a year later, when I contacted them for a routine garbage disposal installation, I was informed that they would no longer provide service to mesolely because of the prior insurance claim. I find this response both disappointing and troubling. It appears that when their workmanship results in significant damage, the customer bears the consequences not only in dealing with the aftermath but also by being effectively blacklisted from future service.This experience calls into question the company's commitment to accountability and long-term customer relationships.The company stated that their denial of service was due to internal policies. I find it interesting that they penalize customers due to their negligence.

    Have been dealing with them for 30 years at ********************* Today was the first time they came to my home. In an emergency situation. And they did an amazing job as usual.. *********** is amazing. And the staff is very knowledgeable
