    On June 5, 2023, we finalized the purchase of a VW Atlas Cross Sport vehicle from ************* Weston VW dealership. The issue at hand revolves around the loan acquired for the vehicle. Following the purchase, we identified a substantial discrepancy of $1795 between the agreed-upon loan amount and the initial calculation.Due to the late hour of the purchase, we were under time pressure as the dealership was closing swiftly. Consequently, we were compelled to rapidly sign the documents on a tablet. Unfortunately, the documents we signed lacked detailed breakdowns of the prices and fees incurred.Later, on closer inspection, it turned out that the figures in the breakdown of the loan amount did not match the figures provided by the trader. Specifically, there was no mention of the $1,500 purchase price for the 4 wheels and an additional unknown fee of $1,795, which was not disclosed but was included in the total price.Subsequently, we contacted the dealership to request a detailed breakdown of the paid amount, but they did not comply.Despite our attempts to address this issue with the dealership through phone calls, SMS, and email, they have been uncooperative, deflecting responsibility, and failing to provide a clear explanation for the overcharged amount. At the time of purchase, there was a small paper next to the informational documents on the side window of the car, which we did not receive, but we have a photo of it. This paper pertained to a Protection Plan with a fee of $1795, and as we inquired about it, the dealership informed us that the protection plan fee was not charged.The dealership advertises that all new cars come with a 100K, 10-year protection plan. If we are informed in advance that we will have to pay a surcharge, we do not want to pay it, as we do not intend to keep the car for several years.We ask for your help in correcting the amount wrongly charged and for a refund of the 5 years' interest or a credit to the loan.Thank You

    As a repeat customer of ************* ******************** and a current holder of a leased vehicle, I decided to email an offer to trade in my leased vehicle for a pre-owned vehicle. I emailed Sales Professional F*******************r with my offer, as he always seeks my attention during my routine maintenance visits. He called me right away and explained it was a reasonable offer and that the finance team was reviewing it and finalizing the numbers. He was very exciting and grateful that I thought of him when making my offer. Approximately 30 minutes later, Fr***lin called me back and completely disrespected me and insulted my intelligence. He stated when my head comes to reality I can call him back with a better offer. I explained that he was insulting my intelligence and being disrespectful and he continued to state well when your offer is miles away from reality, you cant expect a deal. This type of customer service is completely unnecessary. I was friendly and accepting of the fact that my offer was being rejected. I then sent an email to the General Manager and have yet to receive a response. I recommended additional customer service training for Fr***lin. I have always found their customer service to be somewhat lacking but do enjoy driving Volkswagen vehicles.

    Spoke to the salesperson and the manager.

    The customer made an offer for a used car. $6000 below what we own it for. Of course we are unable accept the offer.

    The salesperson did his job and presented the offer to the manager.

    The customer is upset that we wont accept his offer.
