    I have submitted my car for repairs two and a half months ago. The car needs a battery change and for two months they keep telling me that the battery was ordered but has not came in yet and they refuse to provide me with a loaner car in the meantime. It's just very strange how a Porsche dealer does not have a battery or has to wait for one for more than two months. They just keep changing the dates on me and with no end on when I can get my car.

    This dealership is in violation of truth in lending act and also 15 USC ************************************************************************************** the accommodations party and not liable for any other charges out side of the finance charge which consumer credit is given considerable value of dollars and cents

    Customer willingly filled out an unsolicited credit application on our website. (This shows the customer the score, which bureau, and which type of score gets pulled. After speaking to the customer and explaining how lending works and discussing valid forms of payment, we are working with him to come into the dealership. We have not violated any policies at all. We simply want to protect his information and work with him once he comes in and selects a potential vehicle to purchase. After we provided this information, the customer has not contacted us back.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    The dealership advertised product s and services online which contradict his statement saying I was unsolicited if advertised as offer and I conditionally accept the offer it's a deal I filled out their credit application to open an account to extend credit what he's not saying is the finance charge is the sum of all charges and the Surty for this dealership views all consumers as lines of credit because credit is given considerable value of dollars and cents the transaction is done once the dealership do their job

    We have spoken to the customer numerous times And have told him that he must come into the dealership So we can validate his identity. We are only trying to protect ************** due to Abnormal activity on his credit Bureau. He has refused to come in to the dealership Every time we have offered. Once He is in the store, and we have approval from a finance institution, We have no issue selling him a car.

    Prior to purchasing a used *** vehicle at the West Broward Porsche dealership , the dealership submitted to me a copy of the *** report for the vehicle at ****** miles. A 100 percent "Pass" rating was indicated on all dealership[ evaluation items, The certified pre-owned (***) evaluation by the West Broward Dealership also indicated :-No evidence of existing body damage -8 mm Rear tires with well above tread remaining- meaning near new condition The Dealership also provided a copy of the 40 K service performed at West Broward Porsche Given the apparent clean record, 40 K service performed and cpo inspection/report information provided to me, I purchased the vehicle remotely from my home in ********** ** on 8/1/23. I flew down to the West Broward Porsche dealer to pick up the vehicle. on 8/3/23 Issues Noted My local Porsche dealer service and inspection found several undisclosed issues with the vehicle. 1. Drivers side door frame issues and driver door trim issues from an accident that wasn't disclosed by the West Broward dealership. and vehicle sold as cpo.2. A noticeable internal "rattle " in the driver side door when closing drivers side door.3. Improper windshield and pillar trim installation issues,4. Worn rear tires that needed immediate replacement once inspected by Leith Porsche (again even though the cpo report at ****** were well above 50 percent wear per cpo guidelines).5. Missing brake fluid reservoir cap and brake fluid that had not been serviced as per the 40k service guidelines.6. The 40 k service performed at West Broward did not properly disclose the spark plug replacement recommended by Porsche.None of these issues noted below were disclosed on the *** report, service records, emails or telephonic/videos communicated to me by the West Broward dealership prior to purchasing the vehicle on 8/1/23 I have all supporting documentation and information if need to support complaint, just to large to attach.

    Our vehicle was picked up by Porsche West Broward on approximately September 8th, due to a malfunction covered under warranty by Porsche.No loaner was offered, and we were told that our vehicle was going to be ready on a certain date in different occasions only to find out that in the end, they didn't have an idea as to when our vehicle was going to be completed.We were also offended by service advisor ********************* during a recorded call, telling us that we were ******* him off just because we wanted to have a date of completion of the work, it is extremly offensive to talk to customers in this way to the point that my mental health has been impacted after talking to this man, and at the end we still dont know from either **** or his manager as to when our vehicle will be repaired.     Good Afternoon,

    I believe there may be a lack of communication or misunderstanding between the customer and the dealership.

    The Customer had the vehicle dropped off without an appointment. Unfortunately we are at a 4-6 week waitlist for a service loaner. While we do our best to accommodate every customer, we did inform them that the vehicle would not be able to be brought into the shop for at least a week. The vehicle was written up last Friday the 8th and we got it in today (exactly a week later). 

    The customers were appalled that it took so long although it was within the time frame they were told from the beginning. 

    As for the recording, that has been addressed internally and was addressed yesterday prior to the customer writing this complaint. 

    We are working diligently to get their vehicle back on the road as quickly as possible without compromising the safety of the vehicle by simply speeding through the repair.

    We understand how frustrating it can be having to wait for answers, but we want to ensure the vehicle is fixed properly. 

    If the customer has any questions they can give either of us a call.

    Vehcile was purchased at ********************** with an additional warranty. Taken to Porsche West Broward for repairs. ******** was denied and made a decision to just get the vehciel out of pocket. Total $7,700. Afer 2.5 months vehicel got repaired. Vehicel was back at the dealership by tow truck 2 days later for the same problem. This after i paid $7,700. Now the vehciel is back at the dealer for 8 days and still no solution. After several emails and calls they provide udates with no solution when vehciel will be fix. Vehicle will at the dealer a total of 3 months.What are my options.

    Hello,

     

    Attached are the *** for **************** Daughters car. 

    We certainly understand the frustration in paying such a large sum of money only to have to bring it back a few days later. However, both times the vehicle was diagnosed, different faults popped up although they both triggered the same warning lights. 

     

    The original fault was needing a new clutch unit. That issue was diagnosed and fixed. 

     

    The 2nd time the diagnosis was involving the internal electrical malfunction the vehicle had. 

    We offered to this job for no additional labor hours given then estimate/RO that was just paid for a few days prior. 

    The part that was needed to complete the job was $16,779.95 plus taxes. 

    At that point, understandably frustrated at having to spend so much on a vehicle. 

    **************** had the vehicle towed from the dealership.

    On October 25th we took our vehicle to replace parts under warranty which have been defective just so they would not repair 50% of the parts and what they did supposedly fix was broken 2 days later as they only masked the problem and made some sort of ridiculous excuse on why the manager decided that one of the parts was not going to be covered under warranty. We have been trying to reach out to them and no one returns the call , we have been trying for weeks now and nothing.our confirmation code for the appointment with them was: X04M16GZJH with the advisor assigned : *****************************. We are at ropes end on trying to communicate with them as it seems they dont want to be held accountable and fix the problem. the vehicle is still under factory warranty and they are not honoring it because it was as well bought at a different dealer.

    Sorry for the delay. I spoke to ****** and invited him down to the dealership to allow him a chance to show and explain his position and frustration. He came by an hour after we spoke on the phone and stayed about a half hour with me and the internal service advisor.

     

    When he comes back from *****, he will bring the car by to fix the plastic clips that were an issue.

     

    He left happy and appreciated the time we took to hear him out and listen.
