    I am filing a complaint against Majestic Carpet and Flooring, also known as Majestic Flooring and Interiors, regarding a flooring job they performed on my boat.The company, led by a man named Ray, used residential-grade materials (laminate, carpet, moldings, silicone) instead of proper marine-grade products, resulting in unsafe and unprofessional work. Most concerning, they sealed off all access to the engine hatches, and their cuts to the floor panels were so poor that I no longer have access to the bilge pump, waste discharge, or water lineswhich is a serious marine safety issue.*** abandoned the job for three days without communication and only responded after I contacted a third party who referred him (***** ****** from Reel **** Yachts). Despite the incomplete and faulty work, *** kept asking for more money.I had to hire another contractor to fix and finish the job. Im requesting a partial refund, and I believe this matter deserves formal attention.Attached is a detailed letter I sent directly to the business outlining all of my concerns.
