1 starSTAY AWAY FROM BHG!!!!!!False advertising, aggressive consultants, and lack of communication are a few of the negative aspects of BHG Financial. BHG claims to be able to provide start-up business loans and capital loans. However, that is not the situation in my case. My revenue for 2022 was a combination of 195k but I was declined for a capital business loan. Having been declined is not my argument with this company. BHG consultants constantly called and emailed repeatedly to get my documents immediately. To expedite the process as they would say. I received text messages and calls at all hours of the day from two different consultants. I was treated as a number to meet the consultant's quota and that was it. I failed to read the reviews for this company before I applied, so this is on me for believing the several brochures I received. BHG and other companies claiming to have a quick, easy loan process with no impact on your credit score are false and misleading. There is an impact on your credit score, at least there was on mine. My advice is to stay local and speak to someone in person.BHG Financial

To be clear applying for a loan with BHG has no impact on your credit score as BHG performs a soft pull inquiry as opposed to a hard credit pull on applications. Soft pulls have no impact on credit scores so your claim is incorrect. BHG does move fast in order to get a decision back to the applicant as soon as possible as we understand our customers time is very valuable. Please be aware our representatives do not have quotas. BHG has been in business for over two decades and has provided over $13 billion in financing to tens of thousands of customers.

2 starsIf you are a trucking company or small business DO NOT GO WITH THIS BUSINESS LENDER! They do provide easy approval and money deposited as stated, but they place a lien on your business which hindered my business from obtaining factoring. I dont think they are versatile in their lending process and should really know the industry they are lending to. The representative did state they are familiar with trucking companys, but that turned out to NOT be the case. Factoring is a big part of trucking and the company normally denies and did deny my subordination agreement provided. No reason as to why. The customers service Manager did try and assist by providing me an option out, but unfortunately the amount to get out of the loan after ********************************************** Based on my business I just want to make sure that no other small business, especially a trucking company obtains a loan from them. IT IS NOT WORTH IT or in your best interest! As for customer service it was good as stated above. Just obtain a loan from somewhere else. I should have listened to the other reviews!BHG Financial

1 starI received loan offers from BHG Loans. I did take them up on one their loan offers. When I applied for a loan from BHG, their account representative took all my information and then said everything looks good but it is up to underwriting department to make the loan decision. I did find out a few days later that they rejected my loan request. A few months later I applied again with BHG Loans and got the "everything looks good" speech from the account manager but once again I got rejected for my 2nd loan request. I do not understand why BHG Loans still keeps sending me loan offers in the mail if I am going to keep getting rejected by their underwriting department?BHG Financial

BHG is the leading provider of financial services to professionals and all of our applications are subject to credit approval. In reference to an account representative stating everything looks good, that is reflective of the documentation needed to complete the application, not an underwriting approval. Sales representatives provide the completed application to our underwriting department and are not involved in any part of the credit underwriting process. Although your application was declined, individuals credit profiles do change over time and thats why you continued to received our marketing content. 1 starThey absolutely hound you with huge, wasteful mailers even if you've never show the faintest interest in their business and asked to be left alone. The damage this behavior is undoubtedly doing to environment is reason enough never to work with them, even if they weren't predatory in nature.BHG Financial

Ive never inquired about this company, never gave them any information, dont even need a loan..yet they continue to send junk mail to my physical mailbox & then want my personal information to remove me from their list!? 2 starsI applied for a loan with BHG a while back and got declined, understandably. Recently, things have looked considerably better and I receive mailers and emails on a daily basis asking to reapply. So I reapplied for a lesser amount. After not hearing from anyone back I called in to ask about the status of our application and got put through to the representative assigned to my application. He said that it was in underwriting and hoped to hear something the next day and that he would call me as soon as he heard and that even if it didnt get approved for the amount requested they would more than likely have an offer of some sort. After not hearing back I reached back out, and asked the person answering the phones. She said the loan was declined and Id receive a letter within 30 days. I asked to be put through to the representative to see if there was anything I could do to improve on, I got his voicemail and left a message and that was it. Ive never heard back. Which is frustrating when youre getting junk mail asking you to reapply and then get no clarity or responses back. I doubt Ill consider them in the future for any financing. Regardless of their answers, thats pretty poor service.BHG Financial
