Its a minor complaint, but I have been receiving mailings for loans from BHG for almost a year. These mailings arrive almost daily in my mail. I have contacted them to have my name removed to no avail. I would like these to stop. I live in rural setting so mail in the mailbox promotes potential thieves at my house. Pleas do what you can to help. Thanks,*****Business Response

Since Dec 2021, I have been receiving an abundance of solicitations for personal loans via mail from BHG Money. I have requested to be removed from their mailing list multiple times (via phone, email & postal mail) to no avail. I have resorted to sending back all postal solicitations via mail, that has not helped. Im requesting assistance in having my contact information removed from the mailing list at BHG Money. The last correspondence I received has the following invite code: *********Business Response

BHG and BHG Money send me multiple large mailers every month that are a waste and time, paper and resources. I spend signicant time each month opening and shredding all my personal information off these mailers to include many plastic cards. I am not a health professional and will never get a loan from BHG/BHG Money. There is no way to opt out. I do not want to get any more mail from BHG or BHG Money.Business Response

I have reached out to BHG a few times now asking for a statement of my account. They only send Amortization schedules. I'm afraid that when my loan is actually paid off that I will have various fees or charges that I am unaware of and will end up owing more money than initially borrowed. How hard can it be to generate an account statement? I get that you may not have online access, but a monthly account statement should not be an unreasonable request. As a consumer, isn't it my right to receive an actual account statement and not just an amortization schedule? I just want an account statement. I feel like this company is preying on individuals especially during this high period of inflation. I just reread my contract and apparently, I cannot even make additional payments on my account for FOUR years!!!! Shame on me for not reading the fine print. Shame on BHG for operating this way.Business Response
