            I am writing in relation to my contract with Detailed Affairs. My initial wedding date was scheduled for April 25, 2021, but due to the pandemic, I specifically requested Detailed Affairs to work with Moon Palace Resort regarding postponement, yet nothing was done. Per our conversation on December 7, 2020 when we met at Bahama Breeze, we decided to move forth with cancelation of the wedding date and it was discussed Detailed Affairs would be contacting Moon Palace Resort to cancel and reach out to wedding guest regarding postponement as of today, May 13, 2021, nothing has yet to be done from Detailed Affairs. I contacted Moon Palace Resort myself on March 10, 2021 to cancel the entire wedding and reach new agreements and terms. I have attempted with multiple contacts with ******* and the responses were continuously redirected to her not being available, resulting in communication from her assistant, Sheyla, in which multiple times I was given an excuse of ******* not being available.
