    We had an issue with our order and realized it within a minute of placing the order. We called their number more than 10 times, sent 5 emails, attempted all ways to contact them and have still not heard back nor did we get our order and the order was placed Dec 6 2024. We have continued to try to reach them and still havent received any communication.

    I ordered a football towel from them. The package was delivered and it was a mouthpiece, completely the wrong order. I tried to call them multiple times and no one picks up. I even wrote them an email with no response. They are scammers!!

    Placed an order on 9/27/2022 and paid for overnight shipping. Order was finally processed on 9/28/2022. When they sent me the tracking info it shows they shipped it with Fed Ex 2 day shipping instead of overnight like I paid for. Have called the customer service number at various times throughout the day. No one has ever answered.
