On Dec 3, 3024 I placed a deposit of 535 for a Maine **** kitten named ********. On February 16, I paid the remaining balances of ***** and 575 to have kitten ship to ***************************** in *********. On 2/21/2025 @ 9:30PM I picked up the kitten at airport, On 2/28/2025 around 5pm ******** whom I renamed Sky all of sudden became Lethargic, uncoordinated had to be rushed to ******************************* After several blood work and examination the doctor came to tell me Sky was very sick, his blood work did not look good, he was critically ill and because of his age he had a very low change of survival. I was told he had Feline Panleukopenia Virus (FPV) a very highly contagious disease. Upon questioning about where I got the kitten I explained he came from a breeder in Russian and I bought him from a store that sell kittens in *******. Which claims he should be update in his vaccinates. The vet stated he wasnt either vaccinated properly or wasnt vaccinated at all against this disease. She also said depending on kitten the disease takes time to show up and kitten can look healthy at first and all of sudden become ill. This kitten already had this disease when I picked him up at airport. Even with all the odds again him I paid ****************************** 1500 deposit for a stay at the hospital to try and save his life. Sadly I received the call at 4:30am that Sky died while being treated for FPV Virus. He went into **************. I contacted kittensup and let know of this unfortunate situation and how heartbroken this was for me and my family. In short time we had with Sky we became very attached and loved him very much Front the very beginning and to this day Kittenup is refusing to take any responsibility for selling me a very sick kitten. They said in email that all they can do is replace the kitten. The last thing I want in this world is to go through this again with another kitten. I am requesting a full refund ***** as well as 1300 for vet bill.

I bought an OSH kitten from Kittensup and he had such serious motor function skills depleted within 2 months of receiving him that he had to be euthanized at 6 months old. It was absolutely heartbreaking as the kitten was so beautiful and loving. I suffered emotionally. The Vet said it was either a genetic spine disorder or the kitten got a serious illness at a very young age that caused the kitten to lose almost all its motor skills to the point the kitten couldn't defecate. Kittens Up was contacted at the 1st sign of illness and was sent all info regarding the Vets determination and all the vet bills. I bought the kitten for $3500 and I incurred over $1500 in Vet bills yet Kittens up only offered $1000 for a refund. This company is very fraudulent and will not live up to their promises st

I paid $4900 for a PUREBRED ***** **** with Dominant Blue Eyes (MC DBE) with breeding rights, to be delivered 12/14/22 - *******************************************************************************************. I received an MC MIX that cannot produce registered kittens, making them less valuable to the public, and it would be UNETHICAL to breed with two heart dysplasia defects, MVD and AV, diagnosed on 02-17-23.diagnosed congenital cardiac disorder in cats is mitral valve dysplasia (MVD). In this condition, the mitral valve, which normally keeps blood flowing in one direction from the left atrium to the left ventricle, is malformed and becomes leaky, allowing blood to flow backwards into the left atrium when the ventricle contracts. This can lead to the development of congestive heart failure resulting in clinical signs of difficulty breathing, exercise intolerance, weight loss, and/or vomiting.1) They falsely advertised or misrepresented the breed of the kitten as ***************, he's NOT.2) They said the kitten could be used for breeding, NOT TRUE.3) They've offered no fair compromise, such as a refund (they pickup), replacement with a dbe purebred MC or a purebred MC female (not dbe) at no cost in addition to this kitten. They did however offer a FULL REFUND on December 31st 2022, if I deliver him to *******, but I'm in **********. They clearly take responsibility, yet want to sacrifice nothing.4) Diagnosed by a certified cardiologist with TWO heart defects!5) The paperwork they provided is stamped "NOT FOR BREEDING", and the cardiologist said and noted he SHOULDN'T be bred!Lastly, it shouldn't be my responsibility to get this kitten back to *******. They attempted to fraud me and have unclean hands. Had they been upfront and honest, I WOULDN'T have purchased him. Perhaps if consumers weren't forced to pay for the return of fraudulent items, there'd be less fraud. Merchants that choose to fraud the public shouldn't be entitled to anything. Please help.
