  Im very happy with the service I received. ****** was exceptionally knowledgeable, professional, and informative. He walked me through every step of the process so I knew what to expect. The price was mid-range but the service was outstanding. The driver delivered the car in excellent condition and before schedule! I Highly recommend this company!

  I got Mecury to ship my truck ***** was the most helpful and kept in constant contact with me for the whole experience. The price was fair for the fact I have a big GMC pickup. They are a great company to do business with.

  ***** at Mercury Auto Transport contacted me immediately and found a transport from ***** to ******* within 24 hours. He kept communicating with me during the entire process to make sure I was comfortable and knowledgeable about everything happening. The driver was happy, professional and treated my car with care. It was delivered without issues. Mercury stayed in contact with me before, during and after delivery which made me feel more secure. Thanks for being a company with integrity in a sea of scammers.

  Horrible experience with another company but when I contacted ****** , he immediately assisted me& helped me with transporting my vehicle! This company's transparency & educational information they provide was top notch!!! Even the follow up by June was impressive! I highly recommend using this **************** as the broker!

  I highly recommend Mercury Transport for any of your auto tansporting needs. They were very professional and easy to deal with. **** Rapager was my agent and he took care of everything in a timely manner. The person that transported my car from LAX to *** was very nice and helped me get the car into the storage unit. He showed up on time and had a really nice **** F-450 with a nice enclosed trailer. It was easy to manuver to get to my storage unit. Overall it was a low stress experience.

  Mercury Auto Transport did a fantastic job getting my vehicle from point a to point b in a safe and secure manner. ***** **** was my broker and he was excellent at making sure my needs were met on the day of pickup. **** contacted me during transit to make sure the delivery was as expected. I highly recommend this company if you need to transport a vehicle over a long distance.

  I was extremely pleased with Mercury Auto Transport LLC. They shipped our Volvo from the west coast to the east coast. The carrier they hired did a good job at both ends. The car got their quickly with no damage what so ever. The part of the process I was especially grateful was the agent I worked with, Melissa Dossett. She was super communicative, very professional and at the same time very personable. She was easy to reach by phone. Because of her, we were well informed of the process and what we should watch out for. If we ever need to ship a vehicle you can rest assured I will be calling Melissa.

  My vehicle was scheduled to arrive in ********** from ********** in 5-7 days. It arrived in 4. Arriving early is never a bad thing. My vehicle arrived in one piece with no damage. I wish the driver would've communicated a little more, but I do understand he was primarily focused on driving safely. Overall, I'm very happy with the process and would work with them again.

  Mercury Auto Transport did an excellent job helping us transport our vehicle from *********** to *******. ****** ***** was helpful from the very beginning. Unlike some transport companies that lock you into a price and then, after youve paid the deposit, pressure you to accept a higher rate, ****** never pushed me to sign a contract upfront.Once he had a confirmed driver and date, thats when he sent the contract, at the exact price we had agreed upon. This was a refreshing change, as my previous two experiences with other companies both ended with last-minute price hikes.I would highly recommend Mercury Auto Transport, and especially ******. He is trustworthy, extremely helpful, and maintains great communication and follow-up until your vehicle is safely delivered.
