This all happens 2-3-2022....I paid 675$ for this and they refuse to do anything. I rented this home for 2 people, my grandmother and I, the house we had rented was different then pictured, which wasn't a bother, when we first arrived I always check for things in the house items people left, bugs typical things, we arrived close to midnight so we were extremely tired,in one of the rooms there was a dirty diaper under the bed, which completely turned me off cause it was supposed to be cleaned thoroughly, then in the bath room there was pubic hair all over the sink ,toilet, soap dish and shower in the master bath, I was completely disgusted, the beds were clean, but I still slept dressed that night, so in the am I went to the office and told them the issues, they immediately got an attitude with me and said it was just cleaned and mentioned I must have setup the room like that, after a brief discussion they said let me clean the house again , I agreed cause we were going out for the day anyway, they called few hours later said all done, we got back again late around 7pm (office closes at 5pm,) all the hair they were supposed to clean was still there but they cleaned the dirty diaper up, so it made me look at other things, noticed there was a missing shower head in one of the bathrooms, black mold in the washing machine, old food and crayon on the dishes that were setup on the table, the place mats had melted chocolate, and dried mustard on them, also there was dead bugs on the table and in the bath tub, at this point I didn't wanna stay another night, but my grandma said Just stay and we will go back to office in the morning, we went back next day and they said I'm lying we had it cleaned, so I said that's fine I want a refund I'm not here to argue, I have videos and pictures of everything, they didn't care, so I mentioned meet me there I'll show you, the owners wife and cleaner met us and confirmed everything that was wrong.
