    On Dec 6, 2023 I went to Orlando family medical in ********* for a check up and due to having no insurance I used there PREVENTATIVE MEDICAL PACKAGE for $95. In this package it included Physical Exam, ? Electrocardiogram, ? Laboratories **** CMP, Cholesterol and Urine Analysis (quest). I paid for the $95 fee that day on dec 6, 2023 as I have my credit card statement to prove it. Since that day I have been getting bills from QUEST DIAGNOSTICS to pay my lab fee of $362.19, for the items that I have been told where part of the "Preventative Medical Package". I have called multiple time speaking to many people in Orlando family medical for them to handle this as i should not be getting this bill. On Jan 17, 2024 i went in person to speak to a staff member and showed them the quest bill, they took a copy and stated they will have this taken care of. Obviously it wasn't, as on Match ********************************************************************** person. Going again, I got the same answer from the front desk person, they took a copy and informed me that a supervisor will have this corrected (It obviously was not). NOW! yet again I got another bill on March 24, 2024 from Quest Diagnostic this time, stating it will be going into collection. I just finished calling Orlando family medical again and spoke to ****** and she gave the same answer I am tired of hearing "you have to bring in the bill so we can pass it to the supervisor". Nothing is being done at this organization, paperwork is being tossed around and there seems to be not structure with their billing. I am not wasting my gas yet again for this, its not like they are going to reimbursement for my gas on there s**** up. I want this bill handled as it should have never have been billed to me and most of all, shouldn't be going into collection.
