      Firstly, let me highlight the issues I encountered during the cleaning service. The overall quality of the cleaning left much to be desired. Several areas were left untouched or improperly cleaned, which was quite noticeable. Additionally, the attention to detail seemed lacking, as I discovered dust and debris in various corners and crevices that should have been thoroughly cleaned.

      Moreover, I observed a lack of professionalism from the cleaning crew. They arrived late without prior notice and did not adhere to the agreed-upon schedule. Furthermore, their conduct was discourteous and unprofessional. I believe that customer service and punctuality are vital aspects to consider in any service-oriented industry.

      As a customer, I had expected a higher standard of service from your company. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations in terms of quality, reliability, and professionalism. Therefore, I kindly request that you take serious note of these shortcomings and take appropriate measures to rectify the situation.

      It goes without saying that the cleaning service is an integral part of maintaining a clean and comfortable living environment. Hence, I urge you to review your cleaning procedures and improve the training and supervision of your staff. Ensuring that such issues are promptly addressed and resolved will not only restore my confidence in your company but also help maintain a positive reputation in the market.

      I would appreciate it if you could provide a suitable solution to address the aforementioned concerns, whether that involves a follow-up cleaning or a refund of the service fee.
