    For over 6 months I have tried to apply for a loan. I get all the way through the process to pick a deposit option and the website server encounters an error. For 6 months this company has given me the run around saying IT was working on a fix. I have been lied too, hung up on, deliberately discriminated against as a potential consumer. I feel as though since they have collected my data I'm entitled to a fair and accurate response from them. There lack of customer service and honesty delves into a realm of suspicious behavior that should be investigated by the ***. They have partnered with ******* who is under bankruptcy, and *********** who has been hacked for consumer data including SS #'s. There lack of transparency to customers about how their information is handled is a direct violation of consumer protection laws in my opinion.

    I had a oneblinc checking account that was abruptly frozen in May and I have a loan with them. and I have been unable to refinance and the conpany will not give me the criteria required. They changed it without notifying customers and are not transparent about the new requirements. After a disastrous experience with the one blinc checking account that was backed by Evolve Bank and Trust and losing a direct deposit that was sent to the bank account as they froze accounts with no notice, I find myself in a financially tight situation and refinancing ny loan would make up for the lost direct deposit, but nothing. I have a feeling they are wrapped up in the Evolve Bank and Trust / fintech disaster and not disclosing it to the customers.

    I was an excellent customer paid off every loan from them ahead or on time. These are allotment loans, these are a type of loan that requires monthly payments to be taken directly out of your paycheck. They are designed to consider factors beyond your credit score, focusing on your income. This assists on building credit scores. This company also offered refinancing based on payments made. I paid my loans on time every time even a ************. This was extremely helpful for me. I was building my credit and this assisted tremendous. Right before Christmas they started using a AL, A credit scoring system that rates a consumer's creditworthiness. As a result, being a good customer didnt matter anymore in fact that was not considered anymore. As a result, after paying every ***** on time for these loans now I can get one and that sucks!

    Trying to pay off my federal loan and they are giving me the run around They have a cashiers check in house and emailing me talking to me like I am nothing.Federal employees do not use this company.

    I'm trying to understand how this company has a A plus review. a couple of weeks ago I applied for a refinance, but when I was told that my payment would go from $119.00 biweekly to $190.00 biweekly I cancelled. The following week I received an email from my bank that my One blinc account had been unlinked. I called my bank to find out what was going on, they knew nothing. So I attempted to call One Blinc , and it took almost a week to get someone on the phone and I get someone that I could totally not understand. I was told to email them (One Blinc) of the notice that I'd received, from my bank and I did, and a few days later I received an email from One Blinc stating that I refinance or get a cash advance to be ********. It took several more days to get someone on the phone, I told the young man that I was talking to that since my account had some how been unliked that I would prefer to start paying my payments by debit card. I went to the One Blinc website put in my card information in which was approved. with an authorization number, and reference number. I received a call the next day from the young man that I spoken with the day before telling me that they had not received the payment, and that it had been 24 hours. I explained to him that it took banks a couple of days to process payments. I called my bank this morning and the young lady that I talked informed me that she could see where me debit card had been linked to One Blinc, and the payment was authorized, but that One Blinc had not submitted a payment. I finally got someone on the phone this morning, (after being hung up on) that told me that I had to authorize the payment. I informed this person that once I put my card information in and hit the submit button that that was my authorization. And he couldn't comprehend that. I was told to wait until Monday, to see if the payment had come out, but still not comprehending that the payment had to be submitted. I gave up. OIG will be informed Monday am.

    I applied for a loan and was denied. The denial is not the issue part of the process it set up an allotment which did not cancel out and when I was paid and a payment went to the allotment account l. I have called fore 2 weeks straight left several voicemails and have not gotten a single call back or a rep other then 1 time who told me to call back that he couldnt assist me. This is horrible service and the fact that they have my money and I cant get it back is even worse. At this point I am looking for an attorney to take things further which I should not but they should not be allowed to take money for loans that were not granted.

    great customer service i was a little irritated with the id scanner process but i call and they help and approval was in minutes need emergency funds this is great
