    I purchased Evo Forte Open Heel Dive Fins for my 12-year-old son at Divers Direct Dania for $79.99. He needed them for his open water dive exam, which included two weekends of diving. On the second weekend, during his first boat dive for the final exam, the strap snapped in his hands before entering the water. This was only his third dive with the fins in two weeks.We returned to the Dania store to request a refund or replacement, as the fins were clearly defective. However, the staff refused, stating that we were past the 30-day return policy by just two days. Even after explaining the situation and asking politely, the response was: No, sorry, its too late, no exceptions.I was with my 12-year-old son, who was very upset. When I mentioned that they would lose a customer, the response was simply: Thank you and have a good day.This shows not only poor product quality but also very poor customer service. They showed no concern for the situation, no willingness to help, and no accountability for a defective product. I will not return to this store and cannot recommend it to others.
