    After a 5 1/2 hour delay, I arrived to the resort in which I purchased the package from on JetBlue Vacations. I had horrible issues with the resort itself which included getting a room assigned that was already occupied (walked in on someone else at 5 am) and not having a room until 12 hours after arrival. JetBlue Vacations did not take any responsibility in the delay, nor the total mess up at the resort. I traveled with 2 kids.

    I booked a vacation package with JetBlue vacations and a day before my flight they said the hotel can not be confirmed and tthey gave me 2 terrible options to replace the hotel I booked. I took time off work as did my wife, hired a sitter for the week and prepaid car to take us to the airport. In the end, the only option they gave me was to cancel the trip less than 24 housr from my flight. I am disgusted. If anyone is intereteted in a class action, let me know.

    Me and my wife along with another couple booked a trip through JetBlue vacations. Jetblue changed our flights , pushing arrival time out almost four hours. We planed this vacation to a tropical island because the arrival time was pre-noon giving us a full day at the beach. I found another flight with jetblue that was $122 less than the current value of the flight we have and get us there before noon. Jetblue wants to charge us $344 more . Nickel and Dime airline ( Jetblue) will **** your cash all different ways.

    JB Vacations has a "best price Guarantee" promo. They do not have "terms and conditions apply " at the bottom of this, but tucked away on another page it states "the best price Guarantee is only good for 24 hrs" I was told this by a JB vacay *** when I asked why my package was less and wanted the difference. I was told that can only be given in the first 24 hrs. So now I am stuck paying the higher price, even though my flights have changed 4 times and it is not what I booked. The flight difference is now 1 hr and 15 mins. later we are leaving and the only option is to choose another flight that leaves at 7 pm or before 6 am....this is not happening. You would think ** Vacay would make some other accommodation.....but no. So done with them, I used a credit and paid some, I have a balance due that they could take off of that because of the change and inconvenience. I don't work at ** but not sure why it is not offered. This is my 2d trip with JB Vacations and the 1st was horrible too

    Worst experience ever! I booked a package that included hotel and points. Since they don't offer hotels only, I had to purchase points. I was then shown the total price of my vacation package. I was given the option to only pay a $100 down payment, with the rest due a month prior to my trip. I received an email confirmation listing the price I was offered during the booking.However, when it came time to pay the remaining balance, I noticed an increase in prices. I immediately called, feeling incredibly frustrated. I called several times and was told there was nothing they could do, as the price was now correct and the difference was due to the points I had purchased, which were not included in the original price. I argued that they cannot offer one price at booking and then increase it. I asked to have the original email with the pricing forwarded and was told they did not receive emails nor have manager on site to address my concern. I was told to submit feedback online and that a manager would respond, so I did and never heard back.A few days later I called again, this time I was provided an email address to submit the details of the price difference. A month later, I called JetBlue Vacations again and was told they thought the issue was resolved because I had made the final payment. I let them know that I was told I needed to make that payment, or my hotel reservation would be cancelled, and that I would be reimbursed for any overpaid amount after they reviewed the price discrepancy. The agent looked into the case and advised me that the price was correct and that there was nothing that could be done. I continue to disagree, but the agent then ended the call.I am extremely frustrated with the lack of transparency, communication, and unwillingness to resolve this clear price discrepancy. This has been the worst travel booking experience I have ever had, and I am deeply disappointed with the poor customer service from ********************.

    I bought a package with JetBlue Vacations for the amount of ******* with the JetBlue card. I had to cancel it due to flooding. They gave me a credit because they don't refund money and if I don't use it in a year I lose it.Then I bought another package that cost ******* and had a surplus of ***** dollars. At the hotel I had more expenses than I paid with the JetBlue card. I called to use the credit and they told me you have to buy another package and if you don't use it in a year we keep your ********'s a way of illegally appropriating our money. I don't recommend Jet Blue Vacations. It's more expensive and they keep your money...

    JetBlue Vacations should be ashamed of themselves! The threatened to cancel a vacation before the final payment was due despite having documentation stating the contrary.

    I got a JetBlue vacation package in October 2023 for a package for August 2024. I got a text saying my flight time and seat was changed. I had row 8 seats a,b,c and d. They changed my seat to row 28, seats a,b,c,and d. I called them and ask if they can move me back where I was before. They said I had to pay over 100 dollars to get it. I booked early so I could picked my seat, now because they made the change, I lost out. This is so unfair. They get all the money, and dont even care about the customers.

    JetBlue vacations priced a flight and vacation package on their website, then charged additional fees for seating due to an error in their pricing system. They acknowledged the error was on their end, and refused to honor the price that was offered and accepted. I ultimately had to cancel my trip. This is a bait and switch issue, which I believe is illegal. Someone needs to hold this company accountable. It is completely unacceptable.
