- In the US there is a $50 cancellation fee if reservation is cancelled 7 or more days before sailing. If the reservation is cancelled within 7 days of sailing, the reservation is nonrefundable. Outside the US there is a $75 cancellation fee if reservation is cancelled 15 or more days before sailing. If the reservation is cancelled within 15 days of sailing, the reservation is nonrefundable.
Upon receipt of equipment, please make sure that it is in working order and that everything is complete before
sailing. Customer is responsible for contacting the office immediately if there are any problems at any time with the equipment. - Business Categories
