I am unable to place any international calls as agreed with Hello mobile service providers. Now i am unable to call customer service not their chat is operational. I have no clue how can i transfer my number to a different service provider without knowing the pin.Initial Complaint

i have 3 numbers on Hello Mobile, on 11/27/24 they failed to process my auto payment. when I spoke to them they told me that's its due to a system issue, about ***** days later my service was disconnected also my online account was closed, Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, including providing my payment details, Hello Mobile's system remained down, and my account was closed without notice or resolution. I am now unable to access my phone number and require assistance to export my number to another provider.Initial Complaint

My father was a customer of ******************************************* and paid his monthly bill every month via autopay. He was hospitalized in October and November but still had his phone bill paid to maintain connection. Because he was hospitalized he did not receive the extremely short notice emails that Hello Mobile sent out regarding changing SIM cards. None of the notices mentioned that the company would be closing entirely.He was discharged from the hospital after November 8, when Hello Mobile closed down. His phone line was completely disconnected despite being paid for the entire month in advance. When he tried to call customer service, the customer service line was shut down and did not answer. When he tried to log in to his account in order to get his account number to port his number out, the website was unresponsive and did not allow him to even log in. When he tried to contact the company that nominally took over Hello Mobile's customers (****************), every single customer service call was disconnected before ever even connecting to a representative.Hello Mobile shut down my father's phone line with next to no notice and absolutely no recourse to restore it. This is a phone number he has had for over twenty years. He is a disabled senior citizen. This number is associated with 2-factor authentication for all of his financial and medical accounts, which he now has trouble accessing. This number is listed on all of his medical paperwork, so he now cannot receive follow-up calls from medical providers after being hospitalized. He has to deal with this absolute mess while recovering from severe illness, on top of everything else. And as far as any of us can tell, there is still no way to contact anyone who can restore his number or give him the necessary information to port it out.I would like Hello Mobile to contact me and provide an account number and PIN to port his number to a different carrier. This is the literal bare minimum the company can do.Initial Complaint

Hi so we wore with hello mobile we paid them 75 dollars on Dec 4th for 3 line unlimited everything and on Dec 13th my internet went out. Did not think much of it till it the 15th I contact them for them to tell me they have moved all number to liberty wireless. And could nt help me. So I call liberty they don't have my number on file. Called hello mobile again to be told they won't fix anything cause they can't. I told them I did *** approve this transfer. They sent me to a supervisor that then yelled at me and told me good luck getting anything fixed. Hung up. I want a refund of this month. I can't work cause the screwed me my job is my interent for a independent contractor.Initial Complaint

I purchased 6 moths phone plan and the company stopped my line before the end of the duration, and there is no way to contact this business and I think they are out of business now. I have a 5 lines plan with Hello Mobile and the international calls dont work on any of them( since 3 months ago) Im trying to get contact with costumer service and cant even get into my online account. Im assuming they are going out of business, so I need to get my costumer numbers to keep my phone number on another provider. There is not a single way to get in touch with them. I can not log in to the website, cannot reset my password, cannot get ahold of chat support, my email is not being replied to, and all 3 phone numbers to contact support do not work ************* and ************ and ************) as they have a message "call not be completed from your area" message on all phones I try to call from. I had a plan with "Hello Mobile" and they charge my credit card every month. They all of a sudden just switched my plan to "Liberty Wireless" and I just don't have phone service. I keep on trying to contact them and there is zero customer service with both companies. I need my phone and I am waiting for important phone calls and I just don't have service.
