    I'm astonished by the negative comments about Shirtsy's business practices and customer service, as my experience has been nothing but exemplary. Since starting my own business, Shirtsy has greatly simplified the process for me. Whenever I have questions, a quick call is all it takes for them to provide answers and help me proceed. For instance, I recently ordered t-shirts to celebrate my wife's 50th birthday in Hawaii. Lisa, a Shirtsy employee, answered my call with professionalism and inquired how she could assist. Upon providing my order number and querying the delivery time for my wife's celebration t-shirts, Lisa informed me that the system indicated a 14 to 20-day shipping period. While explaining, she reviewed my order and remarked, "Wow, it's her 50th birthday—a significant milestone. Let me contact production to see how we can assist." After a brief hold, Lisa returned with a promise to have an update by the end of the day. True to her word, Lisa called back within 10 minutes to confirm that Shirtsy would expedite the shipping to ensure the t-shirts arrive before the 23rd. This level of service is exceptional in my book. I plan to update this response with the delivery outcome and whether my credit lines have been reported to all three business bureaus. Should all go as promised, Shirtsy will undoubtedly retain its 5-star status in my eyes.
