    All I can say is make sure they take your insurance and it is going to be covered before you have the work done, or else you will get a bill in the mail afterwards. I was told by smile design that the visit would be covered by Insurance, but it wasn't. They wouldn't even take partial responsibility and work with me to adjust the payment even a little bit, due to the fact that they should have called and confirmed the insurance information. I will never go back or recommend them to anyone I know. Funny thing is I was about to go to them for $5,000 braces. If they would have just been reasonable and taken $25 off my bill to show good faith I would have went back, had the work done and probably have been a loyal customer. Now I wouldn't go back to them if they were the last dentists in *******.

    Root canal sent me to the ** a couple days later. Rushed the process and didn't give proper explanation about risks. Horrible customer service and blamed the patient. No after care number for emergencies. Tried to remove a impacted wisdom tooth and do a root canal at same time.
