non-refundable 21 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations within 14 days of arrival will be refunded in the form of a Camp Credit that is good for 60 days .
Memberships are non-refundable
Long Term / Snowbird Cancellation Policy( If you are staying 90 days + ) :
If you cancel within 3 months of arrival you will receive a 100% refund.
2 months prior: 50% Refund/ 50% Camp Credit
1 month prior: Non Refundable
HOLIDAYS DEFINED: Holidays are defined as New years, Mardi Gras, Halloween, Bear Camp, Memorial, July 4th, and Labor Day
(Discounts, coupons, Free Stays, and Promotional Rates are not accepted during these weekends)
PET FEE:
Pets are permitted in certain cabins with a $20.00 fee
