              Contract date 05/12/2023 Amount paid $2410.69 Product, carport, was told would be installed per code and withstand winds to 240 mph. Dispute When the carport was installed the installer dug holes for the anchors, instead of screwing them in. The hurricane came through and around 9am, before the winds were high the anchors gave way and the carport took flight. They said that it would withstand winds of 140 mph, the winds were not that high, if the anchors had been properly installed, the carport would probably have been fine. The company says that if I don't have video of them putting in the anchors they won't do anything to help! resolution offered none, no response to my calls.I'm fold the product was from real steel, I purchased the product from sheds galore, they should be working on a resolution.

              I would never buy another product from this company. We bought a 30 by 40 garage, the concrete was included, after many unkept promises they finally poured the concrete and did a terrible job, since they apparently can’t read a level the water runs in the doors when it rains! The crew that put the building up had two little kids with ages 2 and 4 that ran around unsupervised as they worked. They are great at taking your deposit but horrible about getting anything done in a timely manor! Don’t waste your time or money there are much better companies out there!
