      It is no surprise that Mr ******************** is NOT BBB Accredited business. I was quoted over the phone $167 plus parts. It took 30 seconds to figure out the problem and another 30 seconds to fix the problem. I was then hit with a bill of $385. I did a search for breakers and found they cost only $40. What should have cost only $207 really cost $385. Mr ******************** could not even honor their original bid. ******.

      I will not leave any star for this company if I could. They endangered our lives by doing such substandard work that our home could have caught on fire. This literally happened today, November 25th, 2023. The power to the house tripped and when we opened the box to turn back on the switch, it felt hot. When we turned on the switch, one part began sparking and crackling. My husband previously left a ****** review on this company for their refusal to complete a job for which they requested upfront payment. It is a new property so we were not present at the time the worker came out. I say worker because I am not certain that the person who was sent out is a licensed electrician. If the person is, I am not sure how he obtained his license judging from the poor quality of work that was done. In one half of the property, the lights did not turn on because he never connected the wires in the switch box (pictures attached). They used cheap and defective lightbulbs and fire alarms in the property that all had to be replaced. I see that others had a good experience with the company but if you are calling them, someone needs to be present otherwise they will not complete the job with fidelity.
      This decision to use Mr. Electric cost us even more money as another electrician had to be called in to repair the substandard work that was done. At this point, there is no response or remedy that Mr. Electric could provide. This company is responsible for endangering our lives due to their incompetence. They will rather give responses online to save face and trifle over money for their unfinished work rather than complete the job or even offer to send someone out to examine the dangerous and appalling workmanship of their employees.

      My point of contact at this business was Shelly. She went above and beyond her duties to assist me in my project. I would highly recommend this company for any electrical work.
