NEVER use this flooring company! We had roof damage that did damage on the inside of our home so our original flooring had to be replaced. Literally the NEXT day there’s bubbles and parts that aren’t covered up you can still see the sub flooring. Well, it’s been an on going battle since February! The installer told this manager that the flooring we did pick was not going to work dispite what he told them she told them to install it anyways instead of them contacting me or my husband we would’ve went a different route and paid out of pocket the difference of the flooring for better flooring. Well going back and fourth they refuse to replace this flooring with the right flooring. This was an insurance claim, well my insurance company did call and tell me they could send us the rest of the payout of the claim and we could find another contractor to do the flooring. Mind you this company already got most of the money we just got the remaining. Well, I emailed them about the flooring just yesterday and was told because we took the remainder of the money from the insurance company the warranty on my flooring is voided!! I was NEVER told that or else we wouldn’t have agreed to it. Also we haven’t even received that money! But this company just took my insurance money and ran with it!! TERRIBLE management!!!! We will be taking further action.

This project involved a third-party General Contractor. I never spoke with insurance company or had any correspondence with the insurance company. The homeowner was given 3 choices for flooring, inexpensive product, mid-price product and higher price product and she made the choice to get the inexpensive product. The vinyl can be installed over any type of subfloor. The subfloor is OSB plywood which you cannot use a lot of patching compound on. I did everything the homeowner and GC asked of our company to do repairs. I was told by the GC that the insurance company settled with the homeowner. I have no details what that in tailed. I was informed that Bob Taylor's would no longer be contacted about this project. The homeowner should be talking to her insurance company, which made the final decision. I understand the frustrations, but this is now out of my hands.
