    BEWARE! Owner does not have a permit or a business tax stamp! He is being fined daily for code violations by the county. DO NOT PAY HIM CASH without getting a receipt. He conveniently has sudden memory loss. When we told him we used our camera to video our giving him the money he changed his tune. This is our story. We stayed there 3 months. He always collected the rent early to assure payment for the next month. On June 15 he starts hounding us to pay for July, we did. At the end of June he told us we had to
    Move our camper. He had a long term renter coming in and needed our spot. We reminded him we had paid through the end of July but he took it upon himself to move our camper without our permission one day while we were at out, breaking things inside. Where he moved us to had no sewer connection and we were told we would have to use our holding tanks for our remaining time there. Thankfully we were able to move on July 13 but did not get a refund as promised. After leaving we were told the county has been in the process of shutting him down as he has not been paying his fines and had not corrected the code violations or corrected the issues to make this a legitimate business.
