      We hired this company to advertise for our bookkeeping firm. They promised 1-2 qualified appointments per week. In three months time, they brought us 2 appointments which were unqualified - essentially bringing us nothing. We paid them over $6000.00 and got absolutely nothing! Communication was terrible. It was such a frustrating experience that we didn’t even finish our contract with them.

      Our approach is centered around building long-term, sustainable pipelines for our clients, particularly when using organic methods without paid advertising. This process can take time, and while we strive to set clear expectations upfront, I regret that it seems we may not have fully communicated this or aligned with your needs as effectively as we could have.

      To clarify, we don’t promise 1-2 appointments per week unless clients are running paid advertising campaigns, as organic growth typically requires more time to gain traction. However, we do guarantee a set number of pre-qualified meetings over the duration of our partnership, which we were prepared to fulfill at no additional cost had you chosen to complete the contract.

      Regarding communication, I am sorry that it fell short of your expectations. This is something we take seriously, and we have since reviewed and addressed it with our team to ensure we’re providing better support moving forward.

      While I understand your frustration and disappointment, please know our goal is always to see our clients succeed. We value your feedback and will use it to improve our processes to better serve all our clients in the future.We wish you and your business all the best.

      On September 10, 2022 I received an unsolicited text message from this company asking me if I would like help with my bookkeeping. I promptly reached out to the company to inquire about removal of my info as I had never consented to text messages or provided permission to text as required under federal law. They discuss the issue and promised to remove me permanently from the database. Today, January 30, 2023 I received another text message from the same number, asking me if I would set up a calendar appointment to speak with them about services they could provide. I once again reached out to them by telephone and was told they remembered talking to me and had no idea how I could possibly have received another message as they had personally removed me.

      This company has for months now been using illegal marketing tactics to contact consumers without consent as required under federal law and the local laws in their jurisdiction of Florida. As far as the BBB goes, the fact that they have done this again to me after being told not to showcases a bad business practice and unethical business behavior. Before I seek legal representation or consider a class action case, I would like to discuss the matter with the owner of the company and find a good solution for them to implement proper opt-in procedures, do not call registry search, and further discuss my unique concern. Their staff continue to not follow proper business procedures in their marketing and have a lack knowledge of basic marketing principles including the federal do not call list, written permission being required for any text messages sent soliciting business, and have failed to remove me from their list since September when they promised to do so.

      I would ask the BBB also flag their profile as a repeat violator of marketing principles vital to a business such as theirs which is connecting consumers to services.

      Hi there! To **** and whomever it may concern. I am very sorry for your frustration but since you requested to be blacklisted 6 months ago we have not called you... I looked up your account in our system and it was unsubscribed the moment you requested it... I do however see an INBOUND call FROM you though, a month ago that has notes in your file stating that you were quite rude and abrasive to our staff that answered. Either way, this claim is false and since you called us you definitely haven't been communicated with at all.  I do sincerely wish you all the best and I promise you won't be receiving any communications from me or my staff.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I provided a screenshot proving that they did contact me on the most recent occurrence listed in the complaint. It was a link to set up an appointment using their calendar and upon calling in they confirmed that that is what that was for. The company is lying and covering their tracks as they are in violation of multiple marketing laws. I do not accept their response as they are not willing to work with me to remedy the issue and did not follow my request to avoid further contact the first time.
