Cancellations will be accepted only in writing by mail. You have 30 days from the purchase of your package for cancellation. Once dates are confirmed, Vacation deposits are non-refundable. This vacation is sold in adherence with Florida State Law. Any cancellations of dates after 30 days will be subject to the full cost of the vacation and are not entitled to any refunds. You may cancel this contract without any penalty or obligation within 30 days from the date of purchase or receipt of the vacation certificate, whichever occurs later According to information contained in BBB files, mail sent to the company by the BBB has been returned by the Post Office as 'Undeliverable'.
