    I chose to contract with All Day Auto for the transport of two vehicles on November 30, 2022. I spoke with ********** who sent an email invoice to charge $229.99 ($225 Loading Fee +$4.99 processing fees). On November 29, my account showed the $229.99 debit from Car Delivery USA.When En *************** did not show up by 2:30pm, I contacted them *************) and spoke with ********. ******** informed me that ************ cancelled the order with her company, she was not sure why. I reached out to speak with ********** 3 different times to inform him that no one picked up my vehicles. The first two times, he gave me the message that I needed to speak with Dispatch and gave me numbers (one of which is ************) that went to inoperable connections. The third time I called him, he hung up on me. At this point, I was believing that I was duped as part of a scam. I made one last attempt to secure my refund directly from All Day Auto transport company. I called ********** at ************. The call ended. On February 3, 2023, I thought I found the website of what I believed to be the All Day Auto Transport ***************** I called ************ and left a message. Twenty minutes later, ***************************** called me from ************. He told me that he needed to reach out to En *************** and speak further with ********** and would call me on Monday, February 6, 2023.On Monday, February 6, 2023, I called at 12:39pm. After getting the run around I spoke with ******, he tried to say that I cancelled the carrier therefore, I was not entitled to a refund. He then said that they had assigned a second carrier to pick up my vehicles. That sounds like they cancelled En Route Logisticscorroborating what ******** told me. I informed ****** that I was never in contact with a second carrier. I do not appreciate how All Day Auto Transportation has treated me; I do not believe that I should have to pay their loading fee of $229.99 for a service they did not provide.

    The customer contracted with us to find a carrier to transport her vehicle.  We found and dispatched a carrier. After Dispatch the customer cancelled her order. Under the paragraph 2 of our Terms and Conditions, that the customer agreed to at booking, the deposit is non-refundable. The customer initiated a chargeback with her Credit Card which sided with us. He appealed the decision and the Credit Card closed the case. Many thanks.

    I am rejecting this response because: All Day Auto Transport keeps insisting that I cancelled the order and I DID NOT. I need All Day Auto Transport to supply proof that I cancelled the order.  In paragraph 2 of their attached letter, it states "Order cancellations must be submitted in writing via email..."  There is no written email from me to ********** because I DID not cancel.  Where is the statement from En *************** (Brittany)--the carrier listed in my letter form All Day Auto Transport?  She has specific information regarding this transaction.  Has anyone contacted En ***************?  Probably not, as she will indicate that ********** CANCELLED their company.  ******** credit card company does not have the entire story.  They are only looking at whether the charge was fraudulently made.   I did initially authorize the charge for the transport of two vehicles. As my cars were not transported, I am disputing the loading fees charge.  I will not stop until this case is vindicated.

    On December 16 I was told they had a driver ready to pick up my car within the hr but I had to put a $350 deposit immediately to reserve the truck . So I did ... the time of pick up came and went I contacted car delivery usa .. at this point they said the driver canceled because my car was to small for the commercial trailer. They then stopped all communications and never returned my deposit.. I filled a complaint with my cc company but they submitted false information suggesting I canceled the driver and that was never the case as I needed the service immediately..

    Dear Sirs: The customer contracted our services to find and dispatch a carrier to transport his vehicle. We found and dispatched a carrier and charged our loading fee of ******. When the driver arrived at the pick up point he found out that the dimensions provided by the customer were wrong and this precluded it to be loaded onto the carrier. For all practical purposes this was a cancellation after Dispatch. The paragraph 2 of our Terms and Conditions, that the customer agreed to at booking, stipulates that in case the customer provides the wrong information our loading fee isn't refundable. The customer initiated a chargeback with his Credit Card which sided with us. Many thanks.

    The driver never showed up to the location.  

    Driver reviewed model of car and called the broker and canceled. Reason for cancelation by the driver as per the broker was car was to small to get on his trailer. Again driver never showed up to my location.

    The claim that the driver was dispatched much less that the driver actually showed up and that I declined to let the driver take my CAR "as described in the initial request for service that it was in fact a car not a SUV  and could not be loaded on oversized trailer due to clearance concerns " is a complete lie. I needed the service or I wouldn't have requested it so turning away the driver is absurd . Simply they could not find a driver and refuse to return my 350$ deposit simple as that ... next step is small claims court I don't even care about the money anymore I want others to be aware of the scam they are pulling obviously im not the only one to make this exact same complaint to this company...

    I had a prepaid and reserved vehicle transport and the company cancelled after confirming 3X 8 hours before pickup. This was a cross Country open $1800 agreement. They have now yet to release my job from the load board so other company can obtain a driver and are bidding me up.

    I contracted this company to deliver my car . They advised me that the were fully insured and my car would be covered incase of any damage . Unfortunately there was damage made to the rear arm were bent to the point the car was noted by the dealership I took in for service as unsafe to drive . I contacted the company for the insurance they gave me the drivers information . I asked why Im I calling the driver . They advised me that I would need to take it up with the driver . Hes insured . Ok . I contacted the driver whom of course said didnt do the damage and refused to give me his info . I called the company I hired back. He blocked my number . Called the 800 number and was placed on hold for over an hour and was told why did I wait 4 days to make the complaint. I told them it was the first avlb spot to get my car in for inspection from the dealer . I had the car professionally inspected and have pictures with the car has no damage . *** been left with a bill to pay and no one will help me . This is the link to the dealership finding.     We wanted to ship two trucks and two trailers attached to them from ******* ******** to ********* ********** with this company, they were supposed to pick everything up on October 7 and they requested a $2000 deposit which we paid by credit card, on October 7 when they sent to car haulers they were not able to load the cars and trailers because the wheelbase of the trailers were 8 1/2 feet and ********** platform were 8 feet wide. We have requested a refund since they were not able to provide the services, but they have refused to send our refund despite many attempts to contact them.

    Dear Sirs: Thanks for your notification. The customer contracted our services to transfer 2 Uhaul trailers, 1 **** F-150 and 1 Lexus 570 from ** to **. We assigned and dispatched a carrier to the pickup site and when the driver arrived he noticed that the trailers couldn't be loaded onto the carrier as the dimensions provided by the customer at booking were erroneous. The driver offered to transport the vehicles and we would dispatch the following day a flat bed truck to transport the Uhaulers but the customer refused stating that she wanted the vehicles and Uhaulers on the same carrier. At booking the customer agreed to our Terms and Conditions which in the paragraph 2 clearly states that our fees are not refundable if the pickup is canceled due to a wrong information provided by the customer. Our services as Auto ********************** Brokers were fully rendered and the customer refused our offering to ********************** the Uhaulers in despite of the fact that this was a problem caused by her providing erroneous information.     Company provided a false quote to induce contracting for inflated prices. After soliciting bids to ship my vehicle, I received a quote that was too good to be true: a free transport of my vehicle **** miles! *** quote promised it was binding and valid for 48 hours. I accepted the offer in writing. When the company called, they informed it the cost would actually be >$900 ($200 above average quote received). the false, misleading quote induced me to communicate with this company. When I asked them to honor the original quote, they refused. I would like them to honor the originally accepted quote.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    In the competitive marketplace for car transport, I do not have any reason to believe their system made an error. The $0 quote induced me to reach out to them; I accepted their quote only to be informed it had been is***d in error. The subsequent quote is***d was substantially above market price. 

    This alleged error is false advertising and inducement to contact (if not contract). Many other consumers will be subject to their predatory and misleading advertising.

    My request is that they immediately cure or correct this error quote. Since they have been aware of the error for some time without fixing it, ** led to believe they intentionally commit this error in order to encourage more contact with clients. 

    The company threatened to *** me if I filed this complaint with the BBB. They immediately turned hostile and used foul language in our communication. Please take action against this unethical and immoral company. Again, my request for resolution is that they either cure this error or lose their license to **********************. I am not interested in a free ride, only fair & transparent business practices.
