    On Dec. 23, 2021 my husband gave Coral Springs Spine and Nerve Center the amount of $370. That was from his personal account. Then we signed for a loan of $3,077 with interest of $1,057 (an APR of *****%) bringing the total to $4,134.53. I went to the center around 5 times. ****************** said the amount of times should be ***** times. I couldn't go after the fifth time because the ******************* was excruciating. So I had to stop going to the center and I went to a neurologist, Dr. ****** *****, at the Spine **************************. I was given 2 epidural injections which did nothing to relieve the pain. I was then seen by Dr. ******* ******, who would then operate. I did not feel that pain again! The surgery was on July 5, 2022. I went back to the Spine and Nerve Center but Dr. ******** was not there. My RA had gotten worse. This has gone to my feet and toes. I have neuropathy. Dr. ******** did leave me a message saying he was sorry about all this and would see how we could get the money back. I waited and waited. I called but always got the answer where I could leave a message. I did not go to court because I am disabled. I don't have a car. My husband is also disabled. The court would want $300 because it is a lot of money that I lost. I don't know what to do. The last time I checked The Coral Springs Spine and Nerve Center closed down. Then when I called it wasn't in order. Or shall I say it didn't leave any information or anything. It was dead.
