Signed an agreement outlining the painting of my house, specifically including a No Peel Guarantee for 5 years.Within a year, I contacted the company multiple times about bubbling and peeling paint primarily on one wall of my house. The first time they did spot touch *** the second time they sent the paint rep out they discussed things and a few weeks later repainted the entire wall and within about 2 weeks there were signs of bubbling and peeling paint I contacted G&J again and they wanted to send a Supervisor out again just like the previous two times. I declined as they could not tell me what they were going to do different and Im tired of the paint they scrape off the house.I asked for a 20% refund to hire someone else.*** had the house painted before and not experienced this much trouble with the paint quality. Its been about 5 weeks and G& J have not responded to my requests so I advised them I would turn to BBB

We painted **************** house in February 2023, the house has been continually peeling since the beginning. We have been to the clients homes over 5 times and each time we scrape, prime and paint the area. A representative from ******************************* stopped by the home to discuss the issue. She suggested we complete a high pressure cleaning of the area, apply primer and paint. We carried out this procedure on February 23, 2024, the problem persists. We spoke to ******************************* again and she told us it could be a problem with the stucco, since the procedure she gave us didnt fixed the problem. We kindly asked ************ to bring in a stucco company and take a closer look at the wall because it appears that the walls retain moisture inside which does not allow the paint to dry properly and causes bubbles/ peeling to continue to appear on the surface. . We have been responding to his emails and have helped him every step of the way, but he has currently been ignoring our responses. I am attaching all the responses we have emailed to him, asking him to give us permission to go with another paint supervisor to see if they can find another solution. The guarantee we provide does not say that we will refund the money, but it does say that we will fix it. Which is what we've been trying to do. If it had been something about the prep or the paint after we fixed it the first time, it would have been resolved. We have been honest and have tried to help with other alternatives you can take to resolve the problem coming from within the wall.

I contracted with this company to apply epoxy paint to my garage floor. The process started on 12/28/22 with an acid wash and was painted with supposedly epoxy on 12/29/2022. I paid $750 on this day. The company instructed me to let it dry for ********************* it and 72 to be able to park a car. I did better than instructed as I didnt even step on it for several days. On 1/2/2023 I contacted the company again because something didnt look right. It looked like it was still wet and paint was coming off it. Definitely, no the epoxy look it was supposed to have. After several attempts, they finally sent the same painter that did the job and he admitted he had done something wrong. He applied the acid that comes with the product (for cleaning) to the paint and said that he was going to give it another coat with Epoxy this time without the acid. I asked the old product be removed first and he said there was no need. He proceeded to apply it and 24 hours later I contacted them again because the same problem was happening. Everything had to be done through text because they rarely answered the phone. I did my own research and was advised the acid needed to be neutralized however they paid no attention to my opinion. They came once again claiming they had consulted with the experts a ******************************* and had been advised to give another quote with regular garage paint. I told them that is not what I paid for or wanted and I wanted the product to be removed. One of the owners told me removing the product was impossible (which is not true) and that the only solution he could offer me was to apply the product.I am not satisfied with the result of the job, and that is not what I paid for. The look of the flooring is not the epoxy look and I did not pay for regular garage paint. At this time, I want the company to remove the product they applied to my garage a leave it as it was before the job and I want my money back. I would hire another company to do it correctly.

***************************** contacted us on Thursday June 16, 2022 and requested an estimate to paint the exterior of his home. We meet with **************** on Monday June 20, 2022 (our next available date). He never mentioned that he wanted to cover the old hurricane shutter holes/gaps (please view photo) until the painters already started to paint. This holes/gaps must be find with stucco. We do not provide stucco work, it is out of our scope of practice. We recommended someone to come by and provide a free estimate to do the stucco work. **************** refused to have to stucco work done that day because of the price of $600 and told the stucco guy to leave. Painters continued to paint. The stucco guy then provided a better price to do it for $400, In which **************** agreed. All stucco work was paid directly to the stucco guy as we only recommended him. The painting of the entire home was completed. Yes, there was a miscommunication between the painters and the stucco guy as to who was going to paint the areas that had the new stucco repairs. I did communicate with **************** this morning via text, that the stucco guy was going to return to paint the areas where he placed new stucco (please view photo). He will be there this Thursday, September 8th to paint these areas. If the stucco guy can make it sooner, he said he will come by sooner to complete his work.

Yes, we are aware that the stucco guy has to return to paint these areas. He will be there on Thursday, September 8th or sooner.
