      Called after receiving a text stating Virtuox was sending me another sleep study test. I contacted my doctor's office to get confirmation if they ordered a second test. They stated they haven't ordered any tests. After contacting Virtuox, I was essentially called a liar by some rude, non english speaking, call center moron that stated my doctor's office put in the request when in fact they didn't. The individual then proceeded to be very abrasive especially after I inquired if my insurance company and I were going to be charged for it. At this time, I firmly believe that this was some form of ***** or attempt at *****, but only time will tell.

      We have spoken with Mr. **** and explained that we did in fact receive an additional referral from his physician, however, we would be canceling the test.  ************* will not be billed for services he did not perform.

      I would give them a negative star if possible due to their incompetent staff. I called my insurance to confirm coverage for test and to make sure they were in network. My daughter's test went thru fine with insurance which is my insurance policy. And according to them mine is not in network but my daughter's is. So would not recommend them to anyone

      Our processes involve direct communication with your insurance. Upon verification of your coverage, ******* H advised VirtuOx on 05/27/2025, that your plan did not cover this procedure.  You are correct in stating that your daughter's coverage was verified as in network.  It is beyond VirtuOx's control to assume the representatives from these payers may be wrong.  In addition, a pulse oximetry claim (04/11/2025) was filed for you prior to your sleep study, and was denied by your insurance as excluded from coverage by the policy.
      We are not directly contracted with your insurance however they do fall under an umbrella with United Healthcare Choice Plus, whom we are in network with.
      We apologize if this caused you any inconvenience and would be more than happy to reverify your benefits either via direct contact from them or with you on a three way call so we can ensure the coverage criteria.

      A sleeping study was ordered by my doctor and was scheduled to be delivered on April 24th. The device did not arrive until the 28th. When the device did arrive it did not include the required micro usb charging cord. I called the support number and was told there is no record of a device being sent to me. The woman I spoke to offered no help or solutions. These people are completely incompetent.

      Scam! They will not give you any idea of cost ahead of time. The test was very poor quality. The insurancr paid part and Vitruox would not accept anything less than the full amount. They will not accept payments or partial amounts.

      I have the insurance documentation where my insurance paid $225 toward the $450 test. The day AFTER the bill was due I received a bill for $450. I ignored it thinking insurance payment had not yet been credited. I got another bill today for the full amount. No one answered the phone when I tried to call. I was able to leave a message and am waiting for a call back. In addition, the results sent to the physician were barely legible. I work in the medical field and am familiar with these types of companies who are trying offer service as an alternative to prohibitively expensive testing. Unfortunately, its starting to become more common as the greedy insurance companies are driving prices so high. I am doubting the credibility of this company/. Headquarters are in ** while billing is labeled NC-and theres no online services for billing questions

      Inaccurate. cheap product, defective but yet the company saw fit to charge me full price. I am a senior on SS benefits and this is ridiculous. They do not care at all about you, you circumstances, promises that they made, inadequate product.

      We apologize that the patient was not satisfied with her results while using our *** approved sleep device.  Her results were received and were Interpreted by one of our Board Certified Sleep Physicians.  If the patient is not satisfied with the results, she can speak with her physician to request a re-test of her study.

      Absolutely do not let your doctor order anything from this business. They have been extremely unhelpful and extremely rude. I would recommend any other business

      Have had 2 oximeter tests now, no complaints there. The equipment worked, although the instructions informed me that the device might not be charged up. How could that happen? When I received the billing after insurance adjustments, the instructions for on-line payment didn't even match the billing form I received. It required me to include a "reference #" but no reference number was anywhere on the invoice. Upon calling 2 departments at Virtuox, all I could get were lame excuses that the accounting ***** customer service ***** could not help me because they couldn't see my invoice in their system. Is the system from the 1980's? No excuse for that, and no excuse for the run-around I received while on the phone.

      After an in home pulse oximetry test to confirm sleep apnea, received a followup email from them to schedule a telemetry heart monitor at home test. Confused about this, spoke to my ordering physician who had already confirmed the diagnosis of OSA and ordered a CPAP machine. Doctor did not order the followup test, so I called and informed Virtuox that they were mistaken and that I did not consent to further testing. (Took 2+ hours just to get them on the phone)Continued to get emails and even a very passive aggressive physical letter telling me how important it is to my health to take the heart test.While I'm loathe to accuse them of fraud at this time, it certainly seems incredibly shady of them to push unnecessary testing on patients while (incorrectly) claiming that it was ordered by their doctor.

      I did my sleep study got the results, my doctor said all of it was covered by my insurance, a year after the sleep study virtuox sent me a bill for 700$ saying I needed to pay, I called 5 different times and left 5 different messages asking for a call back, still a year later I havent received a call back, but they keep sending me the bill, F*** these people in 2022 they payed 3.15 million dollars to settle fraudulent billing to ********. This is the first time I had to fight tooth and nail to get ahold of someone I owe money too supposedly. still if I would have done a sleep study at the emergency room it would have been cheaper than what virtuox wants, these people are a scam stay away, and dont pay them s***
