  Ive had the pleasure of working with ***** Trumpolt on multiple projects across several different industries and his performance has consistently been stellar. He has been instrumental in helping to design compensation structures from the ground up, to creating Management Incentive Plans to developing out-of-the-box incentive plans for hourly workers; in addition to conducting market analysis to ensure we are competitive in the areas we are located. He will invest the time to understand our business and offer guidance to structure solutions to fit our business strategy. I value his candor in telling me what I need to hear, and his confidence to stand on conviction when needed to achieve the best result for his client.   We engaged TCDS (*****) to develop new, market-facing Career Architecture and Salary Structures for our US-based businesses, covering about 3500 employees at 9 locations in 6 states. This was particularly challenging as we were standardizing 6 different compensation approaches into a single program, simultaneous with implementing a new HRIS. *****'s conceptual approach, specific design, communications and mapping were all essential to our success. ***** has also completed other projects, including targeted market compensation analyses for individual job families, especially Business Development and Engineering. He also completed a career architecture migration analysis for our most recent acquisition. ***** applies his expert Total Rewards knowledge and market awareness to our projects. He is highly responsive to our timelines and flexible in dealing with changes that arise. He got to know us well by taking the time to learn about our businesses, traveling to several of our facilities across the US for onsite data collection, analysis and training. ***** deeply cares about achieving successful outcomes. All of these positive traits enable him to present concepts and implement designs that directly address our needs.   As a CHRO it is important to me that my employer has a sound, market driven compensation structure. I have worked with ***** Trumpolt (TCDS) at my last three employers, spanning 15 years. His deep knowledge and expertise in the compensation field makes him an invaluable partner as I've developed compensation and career banding structures. Not only is he a subject matter expert, but more importantly he has a business mindset and understands business challenges and how to best position a compensation structure within an organization.   I have had the pleasure to work with TCDS (Scott) at two of my prior organizations, one of which was in Healthcare and the other in Professional Services B2B. In both instances, TCDS streamlined “total rewards” solutions linking market-based pay to career development pathways within variable incentive plans for a variety of key roles in Operations, Corporate and Sales, to help us achieve higher employee engagement levels in support of the company’s strategy. I have been very pleased with Scott’s design and implementation approach to these projects and highly recommend him for similar projects at other organizations that can benefit from his extensive compensation planning and design experience and expertise. Scott is not only Compensation expert, but a true business partner who takes the time to understand the business needs and is fully committed to great outcomes.
