    I dropped off my laptop in my backpack with the charger to get fixed. They got it to work and then brought it home, but then tried to use it the next morning again and then it wouldnt turn on. Brought it back, told me theyd look at it and then call me when its ready.5 days go by, and then I go ahead and call, two times, back to back, since they didnt answer the first, and an no answer either times.So I then head over to their location, and the doors are closed with a sign on it and a phone number to their ************* location to call.So I call to see what was going on and if my stuff had been fixed and they cant find my stuff. They found the laptop a couple hours later, and then someone else had the backpack and said itd be returned the next day, which it was. I left their corporate office 4 messages asking for clarification, see if my stuff can be fixed, and how I can get my charger back to me. 12 days have passed and no one has reached out.So after a little over 3 weeks of them having my belongings, 4 messages left at their corporate office order a 12 day span AFTER the 3 weeks of not having my laptop, Ive walked away with my laptop not fixed, have had to traveling to two locations, have not spoke to anyone in a management or higher position to get my situation resolved, have had my laptop in the possession of employees who never actually worked for Techy and they lost my original charger and I had to get another charger of some kind from Amazon, which is a knockoff and not an original one since I could find one anywhere online in order for me to try to bring my laptop to a new company to try to get it fixed since the battery was the problem initially, which cost me more time and money, along with stress and agony from this ordeal.
